History
Established in 2014.
After many years in the patisserie and bakery business, Sharon and Nourit, two sisters born in the South of France, decided to bring a taste of their native home to Chicago. They started their journey with a small shop which they promoted from word of mouth, and today they supply their sophisticated French sweets to restaurants and coffee shops in Chicago. It’s no secret that the main ingredient which has made these two hard working sisters build a successful business is that each Macaron is created with love and the commitment to making the best French Macaron in town.

Business Owner
Sharon is a Culinary Chef educated at Le Cordon Blue in Chicago. After finishing Le Cordon Blue Sharon decide to go back to France to Paris the city of the patisserie and learn all the history and the ways to make the real macaron.
