History

Established in 2014.

After many years in the patisserie and bakery business, Sharon and Nourit, two sisters born in the South of France, decided to bring a taste of their native home to Chicago. They started their journey with a small shop which they promoted from word of mouth, and today they supply their sophisticated French sweets to restaurants and coffee shops in Chicago. It’s no secret that the main ingredient which has made these two hard working sisters build a successful business is that each Macaron is created with love and the commitment to making the best French Macaron in town.

Business Owner

Sharon is a Culinary Chef educated at Le Cordon Blue in Chicago. After finishing Le Cordon Blue Sharon decide to go back to France to Paris the city of the patisserie and learn all the history and the ways to make the real macaron.

by far the best Macaron’s i had, saw them first during the holiday season at the fashion mall by o’hare and fell in love ! the flavor and texture are amazing.
after checking a little more online I learn that they can do events, i tried them at a house warming party and the feedback’s from everyone were great.
good job boys and girls keep it up !

This is one of the best pastry shops I’ve been to since I moved to Chicago. I have tried macaroons all over Chicago and there’s are the closest to Laduree in Paris. I’ve tried their white chocolate macaron and i fall in love so i got 20 more different flavors. I love all the flavors. I will definitely try more of their goodies and recommend them to all my friends. Thanks to the two sisters that bring us the real macaron from Paris.

My wife and I heard about this business through a friend. We recently purchased a big order of Macaroons as part of our patisserie table at a party. it was amazing successful. the macaroons were gobbled up in minutes. Sharon products are amazing, delightful and tasty. a real french patisserie in Chicago. I highly recommend.

I have recently ordered a macaron tower from NS Macaron. I had no idea where to order this tower in Chicago so I decided to trust the internet and I found NS Macaron. I called them on Monday morning, and told them my flavor that loved the most. I got it on the same day that I ask for and It looks exactly like what they put in the photo gallery. But the taste was so good that we never had that kind of macaron in Chicago. So thanks again and I am very satisfied!

This is the first time that I eat macaron, and I have to say its amazing! It’s fresh all the time and its delicious. I recommend ns macaron, I did a delivery for event from work, I buy a 200 pieces and all stay fresh!!!

Ok! So first of all if you traveled in Europe you must know what is macaroon. I have to say that I tasted this amazing cookies in France but this brand — NS macaron is so much better. It’s fresh all the time and they have like 9 – 10 flavors every time. I recommend if you live in Chicago, or all the state of IL and you come to the fashion outlets mall of Chicago– go try the NS macaron. You gonna be an addict. So good and the prices are affordable to everyone! Just love it
