History

Established in 2000.

Born and raised in the Western Burbs of Chicago, I have been interested in real estate all my life. I moved to California in 1991 for 10 years and started my dreams of rehabbing properties. In 1999 received my agents license and not to soon after that I receved my brokers license. I have since flipped 7 properties, & negotiated millions of dollars of transactions on behalf of clients. In 2009 I joined the Remax team. I never realized how much the brand means until I started working here. One thing is a fact, no company sells more than Remax. I have a degree in Civil Engineering.

Michael gave top notch advice & was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. We had a tall order to fill based on our price range & neighborhood we wanted. He patiently worked with us & showed us places whenever & wherever we wanted. When the time came to pull the trigger on the right place, Michael handled the situation quickly & efficiently & we got the place. We bought the place the first day it was listed, & more offers came in within hours of ours. He had the contract signed & finished within a couple of hours of us seeing the place. He’s the reason we landed this place. If he were a lesser agent, I suspect we would have entered a «highest & best» multiple offer situation. Because of Michael we got a great place at a killer price. We are now his clients for life.

Far as I’m concerned Mike is the ONLY agent! He went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high. Very knowledgeable, hard working and responsive, and just an all around good guy. It was a pleasure working with him and knowing that he worked his tail off to get me into the house I wanted in what seemed to be a flawless manor. Michael was amazing to work with. As first-​time home buyers, Michael was patient with us and always made himself available on short notice to show us whatever places we wanted to see. After a couple weeks of getting us into our Redfin finds, Michael started recommending places based on what we’d been looking at and our reactions to those finds. In our first full day looking at the places Michael had found for us, we found our home. Michael walked us through every step of the process; inspections, lawyers, closing. We could not have asked for more.

I cannot say that I have ever worked with a harder working or wiser real estate agent than Michael. Michael listens carefully to his clients’ needs and works tirelessly to serve those needs. Michael is more dedicated to the interest of his clients than just making the sale. He has saved me from bad investments, and pointed me in the direction real estate that had promise and value. You cannot do better than having Michael in your corner when looking for a property in Chicago. I would recommend his services to any investor.
