MG Dentistry & Rejuvenation Center

First visit today. Excellent office staff. Dr. McDonald is efficient, thorough and personable. He stopped often to ask me if I had any questions and took the time to show and talk me through X-​rays, suggested treatments, etc. The location is convenient and well laid out. Top notch equipment and a high level of «customer service» feel to the office instead of the typical medical office environment. I will be recommending to friends.

I’ve been going to see Felicia for 3+ years now, several times a year. I continue to get the best care from her, she takes her time with my skin, helping me target problem issues, and she is always a professional and also personable. My favorite treatment is called Laser Genesis and it helps with wrinkles and collagen replenishment. The only downside is it is rather pricey, and so I patiently await a special, and get some nice chemical peels in the interim.

They were really great and worked well with my crazy schedule. Also amazing view and massage chairs are a plus!

I’ve only written 2 reviews on Unilocal,and only write reviews when it’s truly such a strong experience (good or bad) that I take the time to do so. The experience at MG Dentistry is SO GOOD that I actually brag about my dentist at work. I recruit all my coworkers. The entire experience is awesome. To start, they actually make scheduling painless and reminders helpful, so even someone as scatterbrained as me can get there on time. They have text message reminders you can reply to if you want to confirm your time, and are really pleasant on the phone if you want to call.
The receptionist is nice and orderly, the wait is short, and when you actually sit down the chair is super comfy and I think it even is a massage chair. They’re thoughtful to the point of providing strong sunglasses if the inspection light is bright, and of course– the staff is the bomb. You can tell they actually like each other, and the doctor I was lucky enough to get (Jason MacDonald) is the kind of person I’d want to hang out with even outside of the office. He remembers my name, things going on in my life, and I enjoy talking with him. And he’s super competent! Coming from a small town with few dentists like Jason, it means the world to find people as competent as the doctors at MG. Five stars.

Dr. Gracias and the entire team are wonderful. I have been going to her for years and she is a great dentist and person.

I absolutely love this office so this is going to be a long review lol I have been coming here for about a year and I feel treated like a queen every time I step in the door. The whole entire staff is amazing and so professional and well dressed might I add! Hands down they deserve the number one patient care award! Dr. Gracias is so caring, so sweet, so generous, and she educates me on every procedure I have done. She takes her time and makes sure everything she does is done perfect. Dr. Gracias is hands down the greatest dentist I ever had, What other dentist throws once a year picnics for Patients! She is always having events at her office for us and it’s wonderful! She also does Botox and she did my juvederm for my lips, of course I trusted her to do it because she has gentle hands and she makes sure her work is perfect! They came out amazing! In love with them! Felica is the esthetician there and I just love her personality and she as well educates you and answers any questions you might have on the facials and skin in general! She leaves my skin feeling brand new and blemish free! The hygienists are also really great, super nice and caring! They do such great work when they clean my teeth and make sure I’m flossing lol … LOVE THIS OFFICE AND THEIR TEAM I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Please don’t retire for the sake of your patients dr gracias lol

Great office with killer service! The view is something spectacular! MG was a referral and was the best decision I had made being in a new city and not having a new dentist since my childhood.

Have just started going to MG Dentistry, but am loving it! Dr. Jason McDonald is extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and gentle. He explains everything to you, makes sure you’re comfortable, and makes you feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this place!

I continue to be very impressed by this office. It’s clean, modern, and the staff is awesome. I never once felt nickel and dimed and Dr. McDonald (my dentist) is super knowledgeable, nice, and always making sure you leave feeling happy.

Dr Gracias is the Best!
I never have been a fan of any Dentist, but my experience with Dr Gracias was perfect! My entire mouth was rebuilt and I went from ground down, crooked teeth to Movie Star teeth! Much of my work was performed on Fridays and Dr Gracias made it clear that she would come to the office Saturday, or even Sunday, if I had any complications… She explained the procedures and made me feel comfortable at all times.
I would give Dr Gracias and her polite, informed, professional staff 6 Stars, if that was an option
I wouldn’t go anywhere else! What more can I say…

Started at MG about a year and a half ago maybe? Let me tell you Dr. McDonald is the greatest dentist I have had in my life I am very happy with my Invisalign treatment. Almost done with it but will continue to use MG as long as I am in Chicago. The staff at MG always make me feel welcome and refer to me as my nickname which is very comforting to me. I will continue to refer friends to MG because it is a great place for dental work. Dr. McDonald is always there the explain everything thoroughly. Our appointments are usually rather short which is nice with a busy schedule. There are so many compliments I can pay to this office, but to simply sum it up I think this is a great place to get any treatments.

I have been to many dentists throughout my life, and some experiences have been traumatic. For some time now I have been attending MG Dentistry with Dr. Zwerican and he is the absolute best. He is polite, informative, caring and friendly. I am always treated with the utmost respect from all of the staff. I haven’t had a single problem and if any every occur in the future, I know that I will be taken care of. As long as I live in Chicago, I will be a happy patient at MG Dentistry.

I’ve had extensive dental work in the past (I’m talking everything you can think of) and it can be hard to find a good dentist who A) knows what they’re doing and B) doesn’t try to charge you for extra stuff you don’t really need. I’ve been going to MG for the last few months and each visit is quick, painless and reassuring.
Dr. McDonald is very easy going and he talks you through everything. He even calls personally a day or two after your visit to make sure everything is going well — it’s great to have a dentist who is accessible and easy to talk to! I highly recommend this office and their services.

I have been going to MG dentistry for a year now. I have always been impressed with the service and office staff there, however, I had to cancel my most recent appointment without the full 24 hours notice due to being called in to an emergency surgery at work. I called and left a voicemail to them since they weren’t open yet and explained the situation. I was fully prepared to pay the cancellation fee that I thought was $ 50 like most places. To my surprise I got a bill for $ 150 dollars! Completely ridiculous. It was an emergency surgery I was called into for work and I have to pay $ 150 which is wayyyy beyond what the actual appointment would have even cost. I won’t be going back to MG dentistry for this sole reason.

I’ve been going to Dr. Zwiercan for about two years now and his team at MG Dentistry have been fantastic. The facilities are top notch and everyone is professional and very friendly. Unfortunately I had a cavity a couple of months ago but the process with Dr. Z was painless and flawless. I would highly recommend Dr. Zwiercan and his team.

My coworker highly recommended this place. I’ve had several visits with Dr Zwierkan and am very happy to finally have a good dentist.
I’ve had dentists who don’t like to accept insurance and rushed me through visits so they can get through as many appointments as possible. They were rough and did poor work (fillings had to be redone after two years).
I was impressed that Dr Z spent so much time during my first visit to get an accurate history. He is thorough and detailed and catches problems early. I have since had more aggressive procedures, but he got the bite right and minimized the discomfort. I can tell the work will last long time. And Susan’s cleanings are clean without being rough.
The office staff is great, everyone greets you by name. I like the text, email reminders, and the whole staff working together to take care of you. Will explore the «spa» next.

I called to get more info on their cleaning services, and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude, and had such an awful attitude when I asked her for more information.
Is that really how you treat potential customers?

Anyone who tells me I have pretty *anything* is tops on my list. Pretty teeth is, definitely, fan-​worthy. Hearing it may result in fluttered eye-​lashes, rosy cheeks and some well-​placed «tee-​hees.»
A trip to the dentist is something that no one wants to do. After a long while of living in Chicago, yet traveling inter-​state distances to visit my family dentist for my twice-​a-​year check-​ups, I’d had enough. I needed to find a dentist right here in Chicago. Between Unilocal and a stellar colleague (looking at you, AJ), I found MG and Dr. Gracias. With a name like Dr. Gracias, how can you have a bad experience?
To begin with, the offices are beautiful. Why does this matter? BECAUSE NO ONE LIKES GOING TO THE DENTIST! Take my mind off the matter at hand, please. The views of the lake are incredible and the whites of the office are soothing, rather than clinical. Registration was a breeze and highly personable. I even got some Android phone advice from the receptionist. I went back for my appointment and was pleased to note that my dental assistant was on top of her game. She asked all the right questions, made sure I was comfortable, had a steady, gentle yet firm hand and got me all cleaned up without a problem. She also complimented my teeth and smile. *tee hee*
I loved the state-​of-​the-​art equipment. I’d never seen computer imaging to chart my bite, TMJ (none, surprisingly), teeth grinding (has gotten much worse in the past year and a half; I can’t understand why…), or anything else. I’d had x-​rays done before, but these were the most complete set of x-​rays I’d ever had. Every possible angle and tooth was examined. Thankfully, all was well and I was ready to see the Dr. Calm, cool. collected, and super-​friendly, Dr. Gracias asked my dental history, Chicago history and dating history (to be fair, I opened the door). I need all the help I can to get a ring on it. One of my not-​so-​secret weapons? A «beautiful», glistening smile full of pretty pearly whites. *tee hee hee* Oh, stop it!
