I will raise this to five stars if contacted by management. I loved this location. Last night my car ran out of gas and my back was throbbing. To my complete surprise i found one of three nice soft leather chairs that was even equipped with a pillow for lumbar support. While they filled one need above expectation they failed to have my meal«My Way». I love the sausage mcmuffin WITH strawberry jelly. Grape gags me but thats all they had. From a customers perspective, i feel cheap trying to return a dollar menu item when i learned the jelly wasnt available. So i just paid for and ate something i did not enjoy. A McDonalds running out of jelly is just as unacceptable as running out of catch up. I know private restraunts that run out and buy supplies they failed to order in time. What happened to the buddy system, you cant borrow from a neighboring location?

Sooo friendly here! The guy who took my order kept on calling me bebe affectionately. That was cute. I stopped in because I needed to urinate… badly. But being a good person, I purchased something so I can use their restroom and told them I’ll be right back for it. I WAS going to get a milkshake but the machine was broken! waah. So I settled for a large order of fries. Fresh and steaming hot. Mmmmmm.(parking here can be sort of a clusterfuck) They also play spanish music here to set the ambiance. It’s busy here! but very clean. Good job.

I have been to so many McDonald’s across the country and no one is as fast and courteous as this one. The food is always hot and the people are so friendly. The speed is incredible, almost so fast I cant get the money out in time. The only problem with this one is that I am now addicted to their food. Everything on the menu is so tasty I crave it. I wish they could get rid of the pan handlers though, that is quite annoying. Also the first speaker has a message that says next-a-speaker. It should say next speaker please! The second speaker says«would you like to try our ice mocha» in a very awkward way. This two things I would change and then I would give them 7-Stars!!!

Can’t get your socks tossed off by Ronald McDonald, so three stars is fair I’d say. I have driven through to make my order more than I’ve probably pulled into or out of my garage. I will tell you now, ignore the first voice you hear out of the box and don’t even acknowledge the first box… its a decoy. The food is warm, drinks are cold, and you can bet that almost every order will be completed in less than seven minutes. Fast food. In Humboldt Park, a twenty-four hour drive-thru is quite the convenient drop-in, so pop in!

Ok I love fast food but don’t find the need to rate every location out there. I do have to give my neighborhood Mickey Dee’s some props tho. This is by far the nicest looking McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. It looks like a ski lodge, with a little sitting area, stone façade and built in fireplace. Service does seem a little bit slow, but maybe it’s intentional, that way you can enjoy the full Big Mac experience. The drive thru is open 24 hours, but if you have the opportunity I do suggest you go inside to enjoy the finest décor you will see in fast food franchise restaurants. Which for Humboldt Park is saying quite a lot.
