Left tailored suit pants there to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up they had holes all over them. Lotus attempted to patch them but they were ruined. No refund or anything offered. Do not recommend

Everything you want/need from a dry cleaner — Very nice, friendly owner — Fast service — usually can request next-day; always 2 days — Clothes always come out clean — Good prices — $ 1.80 for a shirt, $ 9 for a 2 piece suit — Clothes never have an odor — first dry cleaner I’ve ever found with this quality.

I bring my coats and dresses here to dry clean alot since it’s so convenient for me. The guy working there is always smiley and friendly. When I was a first time customer, he gave me free lint roller. And then over the Christmas period, I got another free lint roller. Nice. That will last me awhile and I don’t need to spend a couple bucks buying them. Their prices are reasonable too. The owner also has a small dog that in the store. The dog is on a leash but sometimes when people walk in, the small dog will give a bark and all the owner has to do is to say«Shh!» and then the dog goes back into its little kennel.

So friendly! They’ve done huge shirt orders, coats, bedding, always on time and they are the friendliest cleaners in the universe. I deduct one star for not offering bags like they do on the west coast. Old wool coats come out looking like new! Shirts are better than new!
