I use Leave It To Us frequently and have never had any problems. Katie is always very nice, and finds me great seats.
People are complaining that the prices are high, but you know where your seats are and you know the price before you finish the transaction, so I’m not sure what they’re upset about. Unless I can get face value concert tickets the morning they go on sale, I always go to Leave It To Us.

Instead of buying cheap tickets from these guys, just buy the better more expensive tickets from ticketmaster. It might cost more, but once you notice the 80% markup from face value of the ticket and the time wasted in the attempt of a refund, you’ll be happy to go with the more reputable ticketmaster.
Want to get screwed, this company does the job.

I purchased two tickets to West Side Story for the June 11th performance. My granddaughter flew in for a long weekend to attend with me. At 7:00 o’clock the night before the performance I received a call from them stating that my seats were going to be given to the «press» and they were so sorry for any inconvenience it would cause. They offered another performance, but she was leaving the next day. They said sorry. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. This was devastating for us, as it was a special event. I will never use Leave It To Us Events again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone.
