Fastest coffee service in the Loop, hands down! Customer service perfection.
Every coffee shop owner needs to come here and watch how it’s done. I rarely spend longer than 2 – 3 minutes from getting inside this place to getting out. During rush hour they have two employees on the register, who each have an employee next to them pouring the coffee as you’re ordering it. Not mention someone on donut duty, and a couple people on food duty. It’s insane! I won’t go anywhere else.
Not to mention, they’ll learn your order and have it ready by the time you get to the counter — with a smile on their face and a friendly conversation. Seriously these gals brighten up my morning. Judith is my favorite and knows me (and everyone else) by heart. Seriously, this Dunkin knows how to run a coffee business.

Service is extremely slow unless you’re ordering regular coffee. Every time I order iced coffee or pumpkin spice coffee there’s at least a ten minute wait, last time was almost 15 minutes. Was late for work.

I had the oatmeal with fruit. It was the perfect size for breakfast and I enjoyed the addition of raisins. I paired that with a smoothie. The smootie was way to sweet and I struggled to finish it. Lastly, I have to mention that my husbands coffee was so hot that it was not drinkable for some time. I get that people want hot coffee but there is a difference between hot and burning hot. Overall it was an okay experience. Better places to get coffee in the city.

It’s Dunkin’ Donuts so really how can you go wrong? This is a nice little location clean friendly staff. The woman missed heard me when I said I wanted an iced coffee and gave me a hot coffee. But it ended up being delicious and in the end I was happy. My bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin was delicious and perfect for breakfast. I don’t remember the last time I got breakfast with the Dunkin’ Donuts so I was quite happy with what I ordered. Coming here makes me think I need to get more’s food from this chain other than just donuts. Because of course everyone loves Dunkin’ Donuts.

I stopped at this location twice. Surely, the best one in the area. Clean and friendly folk.
My own beef is that if you are ordering from the baskin side, you have to wait in line at the coffee side.

This location is always clean and the staff is always incredibly friendly! (Even when people clearly cannot read their signs) Always a good decision to stop here after work

This Dunkin Donuts customer service is on point and fast. Place is always clean and always get my order correct. The donuts look fresh which i eat once in a while. I usually get the grilled cheese with ham which is always cooked to perfection. Overall best Dunkin I’ve been too.

Typical Dunkin store, though probably larger and much cleaner than most of the loop stores. I only give it two stars because my donut was stale! I ordered their new Chai Tea and an old fashioned cake donut. The Chai was fine, though their small is like, REALLY a small. At least if you’re going to make it that tiny fill the darn thing up all the way will ya’. The old fashioned donut, which I got at 8 am in the morning was already stale. I figured I was still early at 8… maybe I expect that at like, 2 pm or something but not 8 am in the loop during the week! Pretty disappointing though I’ll give it another try at some point because service was quick, friendly and the place was really clean.

I think the service here is great! The cashier knows my order and has my coffee before I am even at the counter. I find them to be quick and accurate — and the quality is consistent. I would say as good as it gets for a Dunkin Donuts!

I picked this Dunkin Donuts to review because it’s the one I’ve been to the most since I moved to the city back in ’99. The review itself applies to all Dunkin’ Donuts…
I grew up in an era where Dunkin Donuts made their donuts in-​store. This was an era where a single term applied to their donuts that unfortunately does not apply to them today. That term is «fresh».
I don’t recall when it was, but the Dunkin Donuts corporation decided to start making their donuts at a central location and distribute them to their stores. For me, this killed my love for their donuts.
Today, if I happen to walk into a Dunkin Donuts (usually if I need a hot chocolate) I look at their donuts and reminisce about the days when they were freshly made in the store and not delivered earlier that morning.

This is a typical Dunkin Donuts but it is less crowded which is great, however, I feel that the workers move a little slower here because they aren’t as crowded. Other than that, I would make it my go to DD if I worked closer to it.

As a Dunkin donuts this place isn’t bad, but I just can’t stand it when places advertise wi-​fi that has limited connectivity and doesn’t work. Are you with me on that one?
The upside for this Dunkin Donuts is that it’s the least crowded place nearby around lunchtime.

I love the loud beat, because if the turbo– shot in your coffee doesn’t wake you up, B96 will!
Bright, Clean, see that line? Dont fret– Service is lightning fast, everyone who works here smiles and the breakfast options are always shuffling.

I mean, it’s a Dunkin Donuts. But I will say, as DD’s go, this one is quality. It’s been recently remodeled so it’s well lit, clean, etc. They’re also normally pretty quick (which is particularly good for me because I normally stop in when I’m late to work).
But I have to say, the best thing about this Dunkin Donuts is that it’s also a Baskin Robbins! So there’s ice cream galore. They also carry ice cream cakes. Yum!!! Side note — feel free to get me a chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream for my bday.
PS — Check out the turkey sausage flat bread! Tasty and relatively healthy.
