This place is terrible. I guess it’s good only if you live next door.
Konrad’s get’s two stars for their selection, availability and pricing, (imported beer are so cheap)
If I could give negative stars for their customer service, they would get a negative 3!!!
This place is terrible. I believe the liquor store manager/​stock guy knows nothing about wine. Seems like he hates his job and it shows with his attitude towards the customers.
To owner !!!
Ask your employees not to constantly stare at your customers, like they’re going to steal something. Chill out – I don’t think too many people try to stuff 12-​packs or bottles of wine in their pants.

Your better off going to Jewel up the street — and shopping in there liquor dept. The prices are extremely high — and all times I went the staff was very rude and not helpful in the least bit. I am surprised they have some strange rules about credits card. Well they have a $ 10 minimum for credit cards and my total was $ 9.57. These guys would not let me purchases the wine because I was a few cents short. Not recommend.

This is one of the great area antidotes to the Bad Binny’s Experience.
If you need wine, beer, liquor — go here, not there!
The selection at Konrad’s is excellent, prices are excellent and the hard working and friendly owners are always there, and are a hoot to chat with if it’s not too busy.
If you like unusual international spirits, they’ve got ‘em — along with a slamming selection of Vodkas, and great prices on any top shelf/​up end alcoholic beverage you can think of. The beer selection is quite good — with a nice selection of American microbrews as well as the usual neighborhood faves like OK and Corona — and again, good, competitive pricing on all.
The store layout is also neat, clean, inviting and well-​lit — downright spacious for as much stock as they have.
There is also parking on the side and in the back — so don’t pass this place by thinking you need to find a spot on the street,
