I picked up a designer-​ish couch about 3 years ago. Within 2 months of having it, i was sure it was trying to kill me ever time I sat down on it. Serious neck and back pain resulted almost ever time i used it.
Last weekend (01/​16/​2016) we took 3 pillows and 3 cushions in to be re-​stuffed. They were able to accommodate our budget for the work, and we got them back on Monday afternoon. Let me just tell you what a terrific job these folks did! The work totally exceeded my expectations!
They took me back into the shop where they showed me the quality of the materials that were used in the original construction of the couch. It was garbage, utter junk. Then they took the time to show me the materials they used and explained how they did the work. They answered all my questions, and were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I will definitely take anything I need fixed to Kirschner’s !

As an interior designer, I had a client who wanted a custom ottoman made. She wanted it made out of the same complicated paisley pattern fabric her window treatments were made out of. I tried to convince her to use a simple fabric, but her mind was made up. Joe Kirschner made an ottoman that was so technically perfect I was amazed. The patterns were matched perfectly on this complicated piece. It was really impressive. I would trust him with anything in needed done. I am lucky to have this talented business in my area.

I called to inquire about reupholstering a seat cushion. I was quoted $ 50 by son. I was told someone would be in the next day on a Saturday. I drove 30 minutes to find out that no one was there. Then I came back the next Monday and waited an hour after their operating hours before someone showed up. I was told that they could not start the job until his dad returned in two weeks. His father returned a month later. Today. Six weeks later, I called to pick up the pillow and was told that it would coat $ 150. I am on business myself and can assure you this is horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone do business with this establishment.

A great, local, family-​owned business that offers high quality craftsmanship and durability in all their work. You can tell these guys take a lot of pride in what they do. I have referred a couple of people to this location, and they too have been met with very positive experiences. I took in a piece thinking I would have to leave it there for a few days but they had it ready for me in a matter of minutes and I was able to leave with all repairs finished. Overall, a very accommodating, professional, family owned business
