After years of doing taxes in a personal capacity, JS Accounting Solutions was incorporated to professionally offer our services to the public. In 2009 we opened our first office, which a year later we moved it to our current address.

Business Owner

Adel Madbouly, CPA, EA is one of the founding principles of JS Accounting Solutions. Adel holds a bachelor degree in Business from DePaul University and a Masters of Science in Accounting from Dominican University. Adel is an IRS Enrolled Agent and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of IL.

After a career that spanned over 10 years in the corporate world Adel decided to pursue his life long passion of being an Entrepreneur helping other Entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals. With that in mind, Adel started JS Accounting Solutions in early 2007 as a part-​time business while maintaining his full-​time job in a fortune 500 corporation before moving to full time in early 2009.

Adel’s passion for tax knowledge and tax preparation started in 1998 after discovering a mistake done by one of the well-​known tax chains on his personal tax return. After researching the issue and getting it correct he decided to take a tax course and started preparing tax returns professionally since 99

Adel and JS Accounting Solutions were such a find (thanks Unilocal!). My husband and I seem to have some sort of complicating factor on our taxes every year — filing separately, small businesses, student loans, new babies — and Adel patiently collects all of the info from us and runs multiple scenarios to make sure we are getting the maximum refund possible. He’s extremely efficient, answers our questions promptly and is a very nice guy on top of it all. Can’t recommend JS enough.

I have been working with JS for three years now and they are great. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the speed in which they get the information done is amazing. In addition, they take the time to explain what is going, have an unbelievable understanding of tax nuances (helped explain some of the things Illinois does/doesn’t do in particular), and answered all of my questions.
Finally, when I recently bought a place, I reached out to JS and they had all of my tax documents to provide to my mortgage company to help make that process as smooth as possible.
I will continue to use JS Accounting and recommend that you do as well, just don’t take my time slot!
