History

Established in 2010.

We are bilingual (spanish-​english) women business owned firm that offers a variety of services for individual, business, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. Founded by Lidamar Nieves in November 2010 under the name of Sync Processing Technologies Inc., LiAn Group has provided accounting and business consulting services to customers in a variety of industries throughout its history. Based in Chicago IL, LiAn range of integrated business services and geographic coverage has grown steadily over the years to match the needs of our customers. Our non traditional accounting firm began with automatic payroll processing system, bookkeeping packages, Tax Debts Relief services, Income Tax Preparation, and other Tax Reports Preparation Services.

In 2014 Lidamar strategically merged the company with Baires Insurance Inc., owned by her best friend Anabelia Gallegos. Both companies became one, now under the name of LiAn Group Insurance & Accounting.
