This place just raised the cheapest washers to 2.50 per wash. 75 cents to dry because the dryers are horrible. Not to mention I always seem to get mysterious stains on my clothes. You know, I thought 2 dollars was a bit high to wash, and now this morning I go in and it’s 2.50! I think they are doing just fine, but are taking advantage of the good people that live in this area, and it’s really frustrating. Oh, and if you enjoy screaming kids running around nonstop, this is definitely the place for you.

I have to confess… I don’t wash here. See, I, being the sneak I am, simply use the change machine on site to get quarters for the machine in my building. Jerk-y, I know, but necessary. That said, I’m here every week, which is why I can write confidently. The Good: Lots of families, never too crowded, well lit, working machines work well and are large The Bad: on-site vending is out a lot or just straight broken, along with about a fourth of the dryers. Prices a little on the high side. Verdict: Good if you are nearby, not worth the trip if farther.
