They brought back Mariel Parfum. Way to go! This scent goes back to the 90’s and it’s still such a light scent. Ask for a sample if they have it, you won’t be disappointed.

ASK FOR KAYLA! My face has totally cleared up since using their products and I’ve never been happier. I met Kayla the first time I came to try them out and she has been such a help ever since. She always has the best recommendations and she always keeps me informed on all of their sales and promotions through email. They will even ship to me for free through their location if I just call or email the order in.

I am in love with H20 products. I previously was a fan of Kiehls but H20 is much more cutting edge and innovative. They have a great mens skincare line, face scrub and spray on moisturizer are my favs. Im also huge fan of the face oasis hydrating cream. There is nothing else like it!
Kayla, is the most knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely friendly sales rep I have ever encountered! I only stop in when I know she is working.
Overall, its a great company that delivers top notch skin care products for both men and women. Its also Chicago based!

I love this place. I went in this morning for the Black Friday special and was treated so very well. The sales people know the products so well and made excellent recommendations. I left feeling well and pampered. I love good customer service. The products sell themselves, but it is the top-​notch staff that makes me want to come again and again. I think so many retail folks could learn from H20 Staff how it’s done!

It was a warm sunny day mid-​March, I was walking down Michigan Ave, always wanted to go into H2O, and so today was the day!
Immediately we were greeted by the store sales personnel. I was looking at different products, from the tester bottles they smelt great! I ended up getting the Spa Sea Salt Skin Smoother — A luxurious, exfoliating scrub that restores a natural glow and touchable softness to dull, dry skin with Sea Salt, Almond Oil and Anti-​Aging Marine Blend.
I would say prices are comparable to Body Shop. I have heard their facial products are really great, I have new bottles on what I am currently using, so maybe next time I am out I’ll give them a try.
Staff seemed knowledgable and friendly, made small talk even after he knew I was buying something.
Overall — a positive experience, and I will be back!

I am obsessed with the Raspberry Guava body wash. It makes me smell like heaven. I also love that my boyfriend loves H2O so much that I can buy him things from here as gifts. I am soooo sad that the Grapefruit scent they now have is nowhere near as good as the old one. I hate when people change a good thing. I can forgive them only because the Raspberry Guava scent is that crazy good. I’m also a big fan of their Almond scents and I love giving the milk hair products as Christmas gifts. My mother goes wild over them.

Even though I don’t use H2O products (yet), I loved my visit to this store. It is clean, fresh and there are a ton of products to try. Go to the sink in back of the store and try out all the fun scrubs, soaps and gels.
What I like about H2O products is that they are significantly less expensive than their competitors — Fresh, L’Occitane, C. O Bigelow, Body Shop, etc., without compromising quality.
The people who work here could be better trained to speak on the products, but I think they pretty much speak for themselves.
Also, they sell Marilyn brushes here… they are only the best heat styling brushes I’ve ever used!

The Face Oasis is so incredible. Sadly, they no longer have a store in the King of Prussia mall, so I wanted to stock up while I was here for the weekend. Yes, everything is pretty expensive, but worth it. I mean, one little jar of Face Oasis lasts a long time since you barely need to use any of it to get the job done.
I just started using the cleansing water (I think that’s what it’s called) and am really liking it, and the Lip Oasis is fabulous.
Yay for natural products!

Once you go H2O, you’ll never go back. I am addicted to the sea salt line of body products (soap, scrub, body wash, lotion, etc.) They make my measly apartment shower seem like a spa each time I get in. I used to buy my H2O products at a beauty supply store, but the actual retail shop has so much more variety and a bunch of products I didn’t even know existed.

They stopped selling the soft facial chamois and they increased the price of their hand and nail cream — screw you H2O… I walked all the way from Saks with my sister in 20 degree weather for nothing. You get 3 stars only because your salesgirl was so damned friendly in helping my sister find that raspberry guava body wash, otherwise I’d rank you a zero.

I’m a huge fan of H2O products. Personally, I only use the Face Oasis, myself. (Ancient Nachos secret!) How else do you think this 38 year old keeps his youthful appearances? Well, besides rocking out and laughing a lot, it’s Face Oasis!
But I love getting my mom and my sister H2O products every Christmas. They like the Sea Salt bath products, the Spa body washes, and the Marine shampoos and conditioners. Oh, and mom, being from Wisconsin, likes the Milk line!
I’m just not a huge fan of this location. I stopped in here today for the Face Oasis and the sales girls always seem extra fake here. As if they’re jonesing for a commission or something. And the layout of the store is not my favorite. So, if I do have to go here, I quickly scan for sales and locate my Blue Goddess, pick her up and skedaddle on out!

+ the staff was so freakin’ nice, friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
+ I got an awesome sampler with body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and dry oil body spray (all in 3 oz sizes, which is humungo for samples) all for $ 20!
+ The lemon lust lotion is delish! (I’m obsessed smelling like a giant lemon drop so this was wonderful to find!)
+ super conveniently located on the «magnificent mile»

A little out of my price range these days, but they have really good products. Great customer service.

~h2o+ products inspire me to turn my bathroom into my own personal spa. The lotions are wonderful, but may be too powerfully scented for people with sensitive skin.

Body products, facial products. You feel clean just walking in the door.

Brightly lit store. Really gives you a spa type feel. The products here are excellent albeit a little pricey. Sometimes they have sales and promos where you can get good deals. I like the mud masks, the soaps and the best things are the gift sets.

I don’t get the fascination with this place. They’ve got nice things but they are super expensive! I prefer bath and body works or the body shop, you can get the same types of things for a fraction of the cost.
