UNSANITARY and rude owner!
Owner tweezes her own eyebrows, then uses the exact tweezers on the customers WITHOUT sterilizing the tweezers. When asked to at least use the witch hazel I brought to clean the tools, she has a fit and goes off in another language. After reluctantly cleaning the tweezers, she was very rough during the entire procedure. Her older daughter was there to witness everything. It was obvious the daughter was embarrassed by her mother.
Will never go there again!

It was the closest one I could find and saw first, I was in dire need of a manicure the lady cuts too much cuticle and it was peeling and drying the entire week. polish chips. bleh. there are a bajillion nail places in the west loop. don’t make the same mistake I made.
