Gina did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding in November! She was timely, professional and personable– everything you want in a stylist for the day of your wedding.
My hair was styled in in curls and down but lasted all day and night without «falling out.» She also did 6 bridesmaids, my mother in law and my mom– which required her to work with a variety of styles and hair textures. Everyone in my bridal party loved their hair and found Gina to be very friendly and talented.
I would recommend Gina to any bride looking for a hair stylist in Chicago. She was very kind, efficient and accommodating to everyone in my bridal party– especially me! Thank you, Gina!

Gina is AMAZING.
Gina came into my life in 2011, on one of the most important days ever– my wedding day. I had a very specific image in mind and she completely nailed it. Long, voluminous curls… DONE! I think my hair ended up being better than my dress! I would highly recommend her for wedding hair!
Fast forward to today (three years later), and I’ve been going to Gina for cuts ever since. My hair has never looked better.
A little over a year ago, I had a baby. For anyone who has been through this… well… you know. Your hair literally falls out. And you have a baby to take care of. You have no hair… and no time. Thankfully, I had Gina! When my son was about 9 months old, I decided to ask Gina about cold fusion extensions. I was trying to hide some of my postpartum hair loss, and the decision to get them ended up being better than I could have ever imagined. I have naturally fine hair, so I’ve never been able to let it air dry without it going completely flat. After adding the extensions, I never blow dry my hair… ever! This cuts SO much time from my routine! I also used to have to wash it every day, and now I can go at least every other. When it comes to styling, I can curl it much more quickly than ever before (the extensions hold curl). I know that it sounds too good to be true, but my hair is SO much easier to maintain with extensions. People notice that my hair looks great, but not a single person has asked or suspected that I have extensions.
Finally, Gina is just an amazing overall person/​inspiration/​listener/​mentor… I always feel better after seeing her, and not just because my hair looks fabulous.

I can’t say enough great things about Gina. I started going to her for haircuts when I was around 17 (I am now 31)…the only reason I stopped was because I moved! Since then, Gina has done my hair for various weddings, and I have always gotten so many compliments. In fact, I’ve booked her for my own wedding on ⁶⁄₁₃ :). Just recently, she did my hair for my bachelorette party, and people went out of their way to rave about my hair, from seeing pics on Facebook. Gina is truly so talented, and genuinely cares about making her clients look and feel great. She is a master of all trades in the beauty department… from hair and makeup, to wardrobe and styling. In addition to being an overall amazing person, she is professional, driven and organized, and extremely responsive to emails, calls, etc. You cannot go wrong with Gina. She will make you look and feel like a million bucks :)

Gina and Christine were awesome with setting me up for my trial which I loved then my wedding hair was gorgeous by Gina and she did my girls too! She came to my venue and redid my hair to a second style for my reception that was just awesome! She’s a doll to work with !! I’ll have to try her makeup services one day too!

Gina is AWESOME! I used her and another stylist for my large wedding party ¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₂. She did FANTASTIC WORK and I simply LOVES how my hair looked. She also did my enagement session hair. If I ever need my hair done for anything BIG ever again this will be the woman I use. She is friendly, responsive to client’s critiques AND she is a dog lover (her dog is WAAAY adorable BTW). Don’t let her «glam» style make you assume she is too edgy. She can do edgy, trendy, classic conservative… she can do ANYTHING. I have fine thin flat and lifeless hair. I did not want it plastered to my head like a football helmet which is what they usually do with my hair as if won;t hold curl and has no life. WELL… my

I just started going to Gina about 2 months ago after I found her on Unilocal and saw how loyal her clients were and how much they loved her! I had been going to my previous hairsylist for over 10 years, but I wanted a change and to find someone that knew current trends. I must say after having my hair cut by Gina it looks a million times better and so much more healthier! She is more than just someone who cuts your hair because she truly cares about helping you get exactly what you want in your haircut/​style. I have oily hair and she recommended a great shampoo and various ways to style my hair in the morning to avoid the over oily «afternoon» hair. I still be lost without these recommendations! I would recommend Gina to everyone and anyone! She is AMAZING and she is so easy to talk to!

Gina Gina Gina! :) What else is there to say? She’s friendly, outgoing, personable, and great at what she does. I finally found a hair stylist that can cut Asian hair! I drive all the way from Indiana to get my hair cut; that should say enough about her skills!
