Not a brick and mortar company. Any review that seems to indicate bringing in PC is a lie. Company exists in the cloud. Some guy answering a phone farms out work to any one who can turn a computer on. He rips off customers and workers. He writes his own reviews, right BOB!!!

I was happy with the call for as fast as you sent someone and I do not have a problem with your rate. But, I do have a problem with the training of the tech you sent here. After initially telling him the problem, he went and worked on our server for some time after only telling us we were running out of space. When I would ask other questions, he would give vague answers. It would be like if I dropped my car off at a mechanic and let him do whatever he wanted for hours without knowing what was wrong or what I was paying for. The tech then proceeded to spend 5 minutes on one computer, 15 on another and then the last computer he spent hours on. We have no idea what he was really doing. The owner finally told him after 5 ½ hours that she needed her computer before she had to leave for the day and he got up and walked out. If he was truly doing something of importance, how can you just up and leave it and walk out. Isn’t there a finished point? My feeling is just that the visit was milked and extended by your tech being evasive. The computers are working much better but I have no idea why he needed to be here 5.50 hours when he said that he just needed to clean up some space on our file server. I would now be afraid to use your services again because I do not feel your tech needed to be here this long at all. At times he was standing outside or just sitting in a chair playing with his phone and headset. There was barely any information provided which was very unprofessional.
