Established in 2008.

Framework Communications was created when John Fakhoury, a Fortune 500 consultant, became frustrated failure of the support he received for his blackberry, laptop, etc., would inhibit him from delivering his work and value to his company and his clients. While shopping at Nordstrom’s one day, John wondered if IT &Telecom Support & Solutions could match the concierge-​like service and simplicity that Nordstrom offered. In 2008, John Fakhoury founded Framework to provide a single point of contact and a concierge approach to simplifying and making IT &Telecom support more effective. The company has grown 2000% over the last 3 years and has won numerous industry awards including the Top Ten Channel Partner 360 Award Winner for 2014 and 2013. Framework clients include Rush Hospital, the Better Business Bureau, Northwestern Mutual, and many more notable names.

An Alum of University of Illinois Urbana-​Champaign Accounting and Finance program, leading a rapidly growing Managed IT & Telecom Services provider was not the most likely outcome for John. John’s experience in forensic accounting and operational consulting, working for firms like Ernst & Young and Alvarez and Marsal, combined with his passion for solving challenges and his entrepreneurial spirit led to Framework’s creation in 2008. After 2008, John put into action a business model that would focus on driving a CareFree™ client experience for all business technology and communications needs. In 2010, John brought several additional partners into the firm. John emphasizes an inverted pyramid, people centric culture that has resulted in 2000% growth over the last 3 years, an impressive client list, and a nationwide reach.
