My husband and I read a positive Facebook review about this place in a popular food group which prompted us to stop in and we were so glad we did. One word… three syllables… DELICIOUS! I ordered the herb roasted chicken and my hubby selected the grilled chicken. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor! We both ordered mac & cheese and sweet potatoes as our side dishes and they were the perfect compliments to the meal. The baked mac was creamy, cheesy and absolutely amazing. The sweet potatoes were cooked just right with a balanced blend of sweet and savory. The papaya lemonade is a MUST! This was my first time tasting a papaya lemonade and it was one of the best beverage experiences I’ve ever had! It is really good! If the owner was to sell this by the jug I would definitely keep it stocked in our fridge at home.
The service and food were excellent and I already decided this will become a restaurant staple. They provide nice portion sizes at a good price point. You can easily determine that the owner/​chef pours out love and passion into the food providing a model «soul» food meal. Top notch all the way! You can dine-​in but the restaurant serves more of a carry-​out crowd. Delivery is also available. Next time we will call-​in our order to cut down on the wait time.

This is my girl who i used to work down the street from.
I tell you, when it comes to home cooking taste, this restaurant serves some of the best Pizza from scratch and Turkey lasagna around.
This restaurant has a nice décor as well to better reserve it’s acquired taste.
I recommend this restaurant because i’ve got plenty of dinners from here that encourage me to buy more Grill chicken dinners that are very affordable and delicious desserts. This is also a nice place to take someone for a date with no real interruptions and space enough to feel at home. Stop By. Worth it! Great prices!.Nick
