Have used Chris at Essannay for both my events. The first one went without a glitch the second we hit a bump but Essannay was very eager & fast to rectify the situation. We will definitely be using them again for all our future events! Thank you!

I came to Chicago for a 3-​day seminar for about 50 people. I found Essannay doing an online search, and when I called, the guy who picked up the phone, Chris, was super nice and knowledgeable. I told him about our event, what I needed (speakers, mixer, lavaliere mic, screen, etc.), when I needed it, etc. and he said he’d e-​mail me a quote within the hour. A half hour later it arrived. If you’ve ever done an event in a Chicago hotel, you’ll know the in-​house A/​V companies at the hotels are a complete ripoff, so it’s always wise to consider using an outside company. I’m glad I did. Essannay Show It was FANTASTIC — Super pricing, they showed up exactly when they said they would, very professional, they set it up quickly, tested it and made sure it worked perfectly, etc. We ran for three straight days and everything worked perfectly. I will definitely use Essannay Show It next time I’m in Chicago for an event.
