Dr. Wabomnor opened his own practice in 2001 at 6236 N. Broadway in Chicago. He still continues to see patients at that office, but in 2011 he opened a new office in Bucktown at 2075 N. Western Ave. The Bucktown office serves as his primary location.

Dr. C. J Wabomnor, D. C, A.C.E. specializes in chiropractic science and is a certified acupuncturist and fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He also specializes in work and sports related injuries, treatments, and prevention. Dr. Wabomnor utilizes mechanical diagnostic therapy, MDT technique to treat certain neck, low back, and other painful joint conditions. This technique has been shown to be effective in diagnosing and treatment of dysfunctions of the spine and other painful joints. He also uses acupuncture, corrective exercises, and nutrition, to address healthcare needs, when necessary.
