Friendly employees but no idea how to work. Mini 5 minute conversations with customers while a line is forming, had all my donuts crammed into 1 small bag, had to leave them there because they were all stuck together, and the same homeless people outside the door asking for change. TRAINYOURTEAMMEMBERSBETTER. Again, the people that work there are genuine and friendly but it’s an ordeal just to get through the door without feeling guilty by not giving my change away to the guy/girl out front. And then wait for your donuts to be crammed together in a lumpy donut mass. I live 2 blocks away but I won’t be coming back to this store anymore.

I am going to bring this up a star because today when I went it felt completely different. The cashier smiled at me, my iced coffee was right on point and it really made all the difference!

I ordered one iced coffee and two iced Tea’s tell me why one of the ice tea’s had a mixture of cold coffee seriously they tried playing it off taste buds don’t lie I’m never going to this place again you could have made a new batch of tea or just said you ran out of tea instead of giving me another iced coffee without the milk.

Very cheerful people working. Since they have two cash registers, they should use both so they can finish the transaction of each client and ask another client that they are ready. They don’t inform client to step on the side to wait for their order, so some clients wait in front of the cash register. Very few donut choices.

I was amazed to see the bad reviews… I thought this place, even though its a DD, would get some good reviews. Maybe it’s because I would go in there often, but I absolutely love the staff. I believe they are a couple of Pakistani women, and they are hilarious and hard working. Even before I knew them, I’d get a free upgrade to a large once in awhile. Never had a single problem in the dozens of times I’ve been here. I’ve ordered single coffees for myself, breakfast meals for a few people, and coffee/donuts for dozens of people. Always perfect.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have worked around the corner for over 3 years and this Dunkin Donuts location is unbelievably terrible. I have avoided this place for over a year but was running late today and had to make a quick stop — huge mistake. The woman that runs it calls everyone«her friend», most likely as a defense mechanism because everyone wants to riot in the store(the lady today in front of me yelled out«if I don’t get my coffee, I am going to scream!!). She consistently asks for 10 orders at once without ever writing it down or entering it in the system, and then utter mayhem ensues for the next 30 minutes as she then runs around, repeatedly asking what you had ordered and ultimately giving you something completely different. Unfortunately, I am at work and to fully describe this place would take me all day. Stay away… Stay far away!

This place is a bit«weird.» I’ve only been here right after the morning rush is over(10 – 11AM), so their staff is tired and supplies like straws and sugar/creamer are low. Not awful, just… weird.

I seriously have never disliked a DD until this one. The staff is often rude, hardly give you a receipt even though they have a sign posted if they don’t give you one, your order is free. This does not happen. They don’t have a good selection of donuts either I really hope they get new management soon!!!

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. The location is great though, right under the Bryn Mawr tracks, its the only thing keeping it in business. There is limited seating, limited variety of bagels, limited types of muffins, etc. its just kind of ‘pick what you see’ and it really doesnt matter because its probably left over from yesterday. But the bagels here are slightly less stale than the ones at my place so yea, I cave a few times a week, but im not going to stop in there as often.

Okay, I’m gonna pump up the love for this location. I’ve been going here for a LONG time now, and have finally gotten to know the Pakistani women who work here. They get my order right now, call me «honey» and«My friend» and are just generally as sweet as can be. They work at top speed, and handle the occasional bum or homeless person with grace, as they dispatch them with vigor, out the door.

UGHHHHHHHHHHHH I love Dunkin Donuts! Cheap, tasty coffee and bagels, definitely something I can roll with. This location, however, is just abysmal. The ladies at the counter are always rude(to customers and to each other). The coffee is always just BAD, and I really didn’t think that would be possible. Isn’t the point of a chain food place to have super standardized service/products so each experience is always the same? I don’t know what these guys are doing that deviates from the norm, but they’re ruining Dunkin Donuts classics. My standard order is a small coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Never have I ever actually thrown away a bagel because of how bad it was – weirdly stale yet burnt, with cream cheese not really spread but clumped on it. Two bites was all it took for that sucker to be pitched. Last time I came in, a customer was complaining about how his the eggs on his breakfast sandwich were still frozen. The lady doled out my change and went back to prepping food while wearing the same plastic gloves. The other lady prepped food with only one glove on, using her other hand to do something on her cell phone. I’ve never left this location without wondering why the f*** I even bothered.

Wow. There’s a lot of hate and bile and vitriol for this Dunkin Donuts. People over the counter are nice. It’s very assembly line-ish, so be ready to place your order. It’s like the soup nazi, except with donuts and coffee. The service is pretty fast. My standby is a medium iced coffee, cream no sugar, and an egg and cheese sammich on a crissont. Not a bad gig. Sometimes it’s a FREAKINGINFERNO in there though, the temperatures rival a hot yoga room. I guess this is the only downside of this D+D. I don’t live right around the corner from this place so I’m not there too regularly, but when I have to take a different route to work I usually swing by and get my usual.

This Dunkin Donuts is AWFUL — the worst one I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, the location is so convenient — right next to the Bryn Mawr red line stop, and Flourish isn’t open when I leave for work. The coffee is always disgusting. I’m not a coffee snob by ANY means, I’ll pretty much drink anything. It’s always burnt. Several times, I’ve been given the wrong donut or wrap. A few times, my wrap was still frozen and the cheese wasn’t melted. Actually, I used to go here every day, and I could count on one hand the amount of times my order was correct(and my wrap was warmed). I gave it a second(4th. 28th. 67th) chance, because I walked past it every day, but I’m pleased to say that I’ve moved now and no longer frequent this place.

OK, after this morning, I’m forced to bump up another. I gave them a second chance. I was greeted with a «Good Morning!» when I came in. This morning when I ordered six donuts — the woman said«What! a dozen is only a dollar more! Are you suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure?» but she said it in a totally light hearted way… and was smirking. I assured her I could only stay this gorgeous if I ate 6, not 12 donuts. Which made her laugh. Laughter always earns a star. I’m glad I gave them a second chance.

My Memorial Day weekend part 10: Why are you giving me a muffin and an iced coffee when I ordered a bagel and a strawberry milk!!! I seriously don’t have any luck here ever but yet I try and try again. The ladies have even gotten to recognize me but they never fail to give me the wrong order. Seriously people I order the same thing every time! I don’t know why I do it, the place is dirty, they are slow, you have to repeat your order multiple times, the bagels are like hockey pucks, and one time they gave me expired strawberry milk!!! Not sure if I have given one star before but they earned it. And I am the dummy that goes back… wishful thinking. My Memorial Day weekend part 11: Just so I can finish it, went to go see the new Chronicles of Narnia but I have already written about the Elk Grove theater. Part 12: Some fantastic grilling by yours truly. Ahh tired, need another 3 day weekend.

If you speak english it’s going to be hard for you to order. If you like service with a smile, you’re not going to be happy. If you enjoy fresh donuts, you’re wasting your time. If cleanliness matters to you, this isn’t the place for you. Ok, yeah, actually, no one should ever walk into this place.

Seems I’m going to be in excellent company with my less-than-savory review of this abominable arsenal of affliction. I’ve had my fair share of DD’s fantastic coffee and scrumpdiddlyumptious donuttables over the years. When I worked in the Merchandise Mart, I went daily, and never felt annoyed to stand in line, because I knew that I would walk away with fresh product and coffee enhanced the way I liked, each and every time. However, as we all know, there’s a boil on the butt of everything. Sadly, the festering lesion of the Dunkin’ Donuts chain seems to prosper in my immediate vicinity. Having a Starbucks on the first floor of my apartment building, you may ask why I’d ever consider walking the extra ½ block to DD. The answer is simple. Starbucks does not make doughnuts, and doughnuts are an essential part of the human experience. Not wanting to be gluttons for punishment, we’ve only allowed ourselves a few visits to this abyss of misery. The service is very slow or else aggressive & impersonal. Greetings with a smile and a desire to serve were tossed into the same abyss long ago. Apparently the same can be said of their quality control as well. When a company chooses to put the word ‘Donuts’ in their name and sell primarily just that, shouldn’t those doughnuts also be fresh and soft doughnuts? To offer a stale & severely diminished selection seems blatantly antithetical, but that’s exactly what I’ve seen and attempted to consume. I’m sure early mornings at DD are accompanied by a fresh stock, but I’m in no mood for a heaping helping of phlegmatic attitude with my breakfast pastries. Factor in other less-substantial factors, like the endless display of local indigents in the front window, and you have a neighborhood eyesore which assumedly thrives on the west-of-Broadway, Red Line riding crowd who don’t have time to bypass the Bryn Mawr station in favor of Starbucks. Me, I’m holding out for my next foray to a Krispy Kreme, thanks.
