Ah was in my olde stomping grounds and trips like this make me so glad I dont have have to deal with this store on a regular basis. I agree with the October poster who says no one speaks english here. They don’t.it is not them speaking with an accent. t is them not having the basic grasp of English and hence we(customers) have to repeat our orders several times or wait for the order to be fixed because they screwed it up because they couldn’t understand you. This girl«S» today was incredibly inept. I listened as she screwed up two orders before me and was rude to an elderly man because she could not understand him. Real nice. And then she screwed up someone elses order and then mine. ANd when I tried to correct her she was very rude. If you ever do the surveys on the bottom of the receipt(and you should) one thing DD has on it as a choice is «language barrier» So obviously DD is aware many of their employees/franchise employees cant speak English. Nor be nice. So sad(interesting the one 5 star review they have on here is someones only review)

Not sure why this location has gotten some bad reviews. Been here many times and never experienced anything other than good service and available products. Other locations have been without typical donuts or coffee products. That can get more than a little frustrating when you want your Dunkin coffee.

Normally, This Is My Go To DD Since Its Literally Right Down The Street. Unfortunately, After How Me & My Husband Were Treated @ The Drive Thru, I Don’t Think We’ll Be Coming Back! It Was A Cold Windy Day, & I Wanted A Hot Chocolate & Donuts. My Husband Wanted A Coffee But Didn’t Wanna Pay Full Price. I Told Him About The Promo For Their Dark Roast Coffee(Only 99¢ For A Medium). So We Went! NOBODYATTHISLOCATIONSPEAKSENGLISH! We Got To The Drive Thru, & I’m Telling The Lady I Want A Medium Hot Chocolate, 2 Donuts & A 99 cent Ice Coffee Without The Ice. She Didn’t Understand, So She Told Me To Come To The Window & Order! I Go Up To The Window, Repeat The Order & She Ask If I Want Cream & Sugar. I Told Her Put The Cream In & Give Me Splenda On The Side! She Starts Making The Coffee & She Puts Ice In The Cup –_– I’m Like«I Told You No Ice» She Roles Her Eyes & Starts Again! Then She Did It The Way I Wanted Her Too But Now She Puts The Splendas In The Coffee! When She Handed It To Me, I Told Her That’s Not What I Ordered. I Ordered A Ice Coffee WITHOUTICE, Just Cream & Splenda On The Side! She Starts Arguing With Me Telling Me I Did Order That & My Husband Got In & Said«No She Didn’t, I’m Sitting Right Here I Know What She Said.» So This Chick Leaves The Coffee @ The Window Rolls Her Eyes & Walks Away! Somebody Else Came To The Window & Got The Order Correct. I Mean How Hard Was It, I Think That Girl Was Already In A Bad Mood, Whatever The Problem Maybe It Shouldn’t Affect Paying Customers! Now, They Have Lost Valuable Customers!

The store wasn’t crowded and the service was slow. We got ice cream so I can’t speak for the quality of food or the coffee.

I’ve stopped here a couple times in the AM for work. Neither times it hasn’t been too busy(though that may have to do with the low rating so people avoid it). Staff is on and off friendly, like the cashier is a sourpuss but the manager right next to her is awesome. I don’t get it. The food prep person is friendly, once nearly forgot half my order, but she fixed it right away. Considering all I need is coffee more than half the time, this spot fits the bill. NODRIVETHRU. Very small lot, I can only imagine this place if it were busy.

I was walking down Clark on my way to Andersonville on the recent 70 degree day after many cold days — so I needed me some iced coffee. There was a lineup for ice cream, which was nice to see. The staff was friendly — I liked my iced coffee and the donuts were just fine. I don’t know what happened to the other folks that got stuff there, but my visit was pleasant and I’ll go again!

I live right by this place so mind you it’s super convenient, especially when I’m a morning zombie in need of my caffeine boost. However, whenever I have been there their coffee is undrinkable. If it isn’t burnt to death it tastes like nasty buttered popcorn. What’s THAT about? Not only that but the people aren’t too swift(and that’s being polite) and you often get turned in circles just trying to deal with them. Last night my fiancé and I were ordering separately and he got an ice cream and I was planning on getting one myself when the guy asked if we wanted to pay together(before I even ordered). I said no thanks, we would do it separately. He got all flustered and then said, «should I ring this up together?» I’m not sure what he thought he was asking us before but either way we just ended up saying yes, that’s fine because it was easier than explaining it again. But even after we agreed to pay together he asked us AGAIN if this was together. What is wrong with these people?! They also gave me a flurry with a hole busted into the side of the cup, which I didn’t see until after I left and the ice cream was dripping down my arm. Lovely! Another word of caution: their donuts are almost ALWAYS stale. This place is enough to make me run screaming. They may have rebuilt their place so it looks great but it’s the same poor service and same disgusting food.

At my house we call this location«Dunkin DO NOTs» Besides being busted for having an incredibly unclean kitchen this past summer, I also had the displeasure of going there once. I got a coffee and we got a few donuts for the car trip. My coffee was HORRIBLY burned. Not even a bit burned tasting… INCREDIBLY burned. I took one sip and that was that. In addition, this is the only location I’ve been to that sells long johns that are noticeably smaller in width and length than the standard Dunkin’ Donuts sized long john. What’s up with that? What a rip. Don’t go here. I’d head over to the one on North Broadway because those folks are nicer and the place is much much cleaner… not to mention normal-sized donuts.
