If you want expired cream cheese… come here… Noticed mold on the cream cheese, checked the expiration date(3weeks prior). I called them, since I noticed when I had driven away, and they said«okay» did not even apologize…

I love the ice cream. Almost everybody in my family likes the ice cream. I also like the donut chocolate. My mom likes the coffee from there. My favorite ice cream is chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. My mom likes the strawberry only. My dad’s favorite ice cream is vanilla. My brother likes the donuts. My little brothers only like the mint ice cream. I also like the strawberry donut. My mom ordered an ice coffee before. She gave me a try of it and I said I liked it.

Great fast service. The workers are very friendly. I go here almost every morning. Its very close to the expressway. One thing that bothered me was that the cashier spoke to me in Spanish. She should have spoken to me in English first. Thats just me. My opinion. I could have spoken to her in Arabic to see how she felt. I do speak Spanish. I am Mexican. Many sadly do not speak the spanish language. I would just rather have heard English first.

This is the first time ever reviewing anything. Got to the drive though at 9pm and I was first in line to order. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me. No one did. As I drove off a girl was standing right next to the window laughing and smiling. AVOIDATALLCOST! Save your self the stress.

Service sucks and the coffee is not good. Coffee has no coffee taste maybe its too much water and not enough coffee. They need to train all their workers on service and food preperation, not to mention attitude and customer care. What a shame!

Man, are they slow. One lady working the cash register, but she kept walking off after each order and coming back to take the next. They do seem to have a few people working the drive thru, but that seemed slow too. I think it took me about 20 minutes just to get a coffee and bagel sandwich. Parking is small and doesn’t help when cars from the drive thru starts to get long.

1. EXTREMELY slow service 2. Small drive thru lane 3. Disorganized staff. Made the mistake of coming here 3 times. Each time the service was slow, had to repeat what we ordered multiple times and the straws and napkins bins were empty Do yourself a favor and visit a different location.

Rude customer service!!! Ordered an ice coffee; when it was handed to me the lid popped off and coffee was all over me and the car. I told the girl that worked there to hand me some napkins and shes like what happened with a damn smirk on her face. When I told her what had happened, she didnt even apologize… never going back

Awful service. The location is conviente before expressway. Service is terrible!!! The cashiers care more about the time clock on the board than the customer. I had a VERYBAD incedent with a visit. It’s a complete NONO!!! to ignore and rush a customer because your clock board is beeping !!!

Bad reception and awful service. The only thing they have going for them is that its right before you get on the expressway.

Super fast but the one downside is that although they do haver a drive thru(and most in the area don’t), it is a tricky turn if you have a bigger vehicle so be careful after you order. I saw an SUV already have problems turning. Although they just opened about a week ago, this place has been ready by the crowds. Right off of the I55 going south, once you get to the bottom of the bridge you will see it. Service is alriight, than again they are all new. I am really glad we finally get a drive thru since this would be something of a convenience. Now they do have an area for outside also, BUT, I noticed one of the benches right on the edge of the curb, the same curb that the cars have to drive thru in order to order. Give them a chance and do the surveys on your receipts, you can always exchange them for coffee, donors or whatever you have as an inventive.
