Starbucks

Coffee is great but their service is a little slow! Very comfortable place to sit in and do work though! Their internet is a little slow sometimes but it still works

Gross! There must have been 30 flies surrounding the work area and the one barista seemed to be ok with it. Like she has been dealing with flies all her life. She was horrible too! I’m never going in there again. I’d rather get Dunkin Donuts! Yuck!

They are slow here now. Sometimes they only have 1 worker and it takes forever to even get to order.
Also, they are not the friendliest.

Asked for a Venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and heavy whipping cream and the employee, a young Hispanic lady, who took my order was confused with what heavy whipping cream was and asked if I wanted whip cream on top, I told her once again I wanted heavy cream at which point she turn and asked her co-​worker what that was. Her co-​worker asked if I wanted half-​and-​half. At this point I was frustrated and again asked her for heavy cream. The co-​worker a young African-​American was clearly frustrated as well and said her shift was over and she had no time to deal with this. I told the employee taking my order that half-​and-​half was fine. She was nice enough to have someone check in the back to see if there was heavy cream which there was. She showed me a carton which read «heavy whipping cream.» Unfortunately the coffee was horrible and I was displeased with how rude the young African-​American lady was. Don’t waste your money here, drive to 47^th & Cicero…

25 minutes it took me to order a venti hot chocolate!!! Seriously? That’s just insane. The line was not even long about 2 people in front of me! Seriously? The worse costumer service ever. Never did I wait in line so much for a hot chocolate at any Starbucks I mean seriously this is not downtown were u usually have a line of about 10 people! That’s not normal.

The Starbucks workers at this location is in need of customer service skills talking about the two african-​American girls everyone else is great and very welcoming

Hit or miss here unless you get «Jose». The other members of the crew come and go so the drinks are inconsistent.
