Came here after a long tiring day at 11pm to get a quick bite. The cashier was really nice but his English wasn’t great. Obviously I don’t hold that against him personally but I do expect a certain ease of communication from an eating establishment and this was kind of pushing it. I had to tell him several times what my order was and then he pointed to several bagels, asking me each time if it was the one I wanted, despite each bagel being labeled. Also, I had to wait ten minutes for a pretty simple order. However, the cashier did offer me a free donut for my time. A nice gesture! Other than that the food seemed hot and fresh. It’s acceptable as long as you’re patient and not on a schedule.

This Dunkin is the best. I come here in the weekday mornings, and despite the massive rush of people, the employees are on top of things, friendly, and efficient. They take orders well ahead of paying to get things started and I never wait very long to get my drink despite a huge crowd. Kudos to the employees here — you can tell they care about their customers and put in great effort to move things along, and that can be hard to find in a coffee place dealing with the loop morning rush.

This place WAS great when Kathleen worked there, but now its run by old Dopefiends(Danette, who has horrible customer service) and WhiteTrash Crackheads(Kendra, whom Ive seen buying drugs from a junkie/peddler who shakes a cup right outside). C’mon guys, get your act together!

This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the city! The staff is very friendly. The foid is always fresh and they take the time to remember you and treat like extended family.

The vanilla long john is good. Tastes like vanilla. Donuts are not as fluffy or airy as competitors or mom & pops shops. There are not any selections. Coffee experience not so great. Tried hot & iced latte, did not enjoy their coffee.

Slowest service ever. Being downtown, you would think they would have their system down. Maybe having a couple of employees that show an ounce of enthusiasm might help?

the people who work here(the girls at the counter(women)) are very, very nice. As is the manager. It’s a nice quiet little get away — as compared to the nearby Starbucks

Perfectly serviceable Dunkin’ Donuts. My donut was fine, the people helping were friendly, and I was in and out very quickly. They still had a good selection of donuts in the early afternoon. There are a couple tables where you can sit, but given that so much of the floor space is devoted to a queue, it looks like this is primarily a place to come in, grab your office donuts or morning coffee, and go.

I showed up this morning and got a hot caramel latte with a pumpkin pie doughnut and I cannot be more accurate to describe my experience with anything less than being in 2girls1cup. The filling was nasty and may have even tasted a bit moldy, which grossed me out because it looked like straight dookie in a doughnut. The coffee was great, and I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich that barely had any bacon, but was still delicious because I was stoned. Would go back, but not for poop doughnuts. Maybe a sandwich and definitely coffee though.

I almost never review chains, but there are so many Dunkin Donuts of varying quality. This one really stands out in terms of accuracy of your order and efficiency. The manager is obviously good. The staff are friendly. The line system is perfect. There are many lines open, just pick one and usually someone is taking hot coffee orders of the patrons in line. If you order food or an iced or specialty beverage, it comes out at the other end of the registers. I am in and out of here really quickly considering the volume that this DD serves. I don’t know how many locations do this, but this one runs specials each day. Of note is the Monday deal where your coffee is something like just $ 1 after 12 on Monday.

For a place in the middle of the loop busy during the morning rush, this is a great and very efficient location. There are multiple lines, and I was able to leave with my coffee in under five minutes. The staff were very friendly, my order was accurate, and the coffee is consistently good.

I was on my way to Midway, but decided to stop here for a snack first. I noticed that the cashier would ask the customer for his order, then walk away to laugh with the cook. I should have left right there, but I was hungry and willing to let it slide. When it was my turn, the cashier needed to help prepare the previous customer’s order, so he told me, «I’ll be right with you, ma’am.» I smiled and said okay. I took a deep breath, looked at the menu, and the cashier gave me a look and said loudly(with his hands in front of him for good measure): «IFYOU’LLJUSTBEPATIENTWITHME, I’LLBERIGHTWITHYOU!» I said that I am not patient with rudeness, and I immediately left. I was not hungry enough to deal with that. I went next door to Walgreens for a healthier snack, and that cashier was much friendlier. These people are RUDE. Never again.

Yep, still awful! I asked for a medium coffee with French Vanilla flavoring and got plain coffee. They didn’t toast my bagel and don’t have as many cream cheese options as other locations. #whitepeopleproblems At least this cashier was nice!

This location is usually very fast for the amount of people they service in the morning. I usually in and out in 5 minutes at the very most. Today, I went in and waited for over 10 minutes. I thought they forgot about me but everyone was waiting and not a lot of numbers were being called to pick up orders. I don’t know why today they were just not on their A game. Again, usually they are super fast so I will still go here.

You know, it’s funny that other Unilocalers are putting down the Washington/Wells location. I like this spot for the quick jolt of coffee or when someone forgets office treats on Friday, but this place is way too packed at all times. There are always long lines and I have never gotten good service here. This from me who always smiles at people who work in the food service/retail industry. I worked in retail for 12 years and know that it can be hard to stay positive when you are bombarded by customers. I actually prefer the other location for the manageable lines and great customer service, but this one is closer when I am at work.

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I didn’t think a Dunkin’ Donuts like this ever existed. The people who take my order are so friendly! And the donuts are always fresh. Their«cousin» Dunkin’ Donuts location on Washington can learn a thing or two from the Madison & Wells location. Hell yeah!

We were walking around Chicago and noticed a free donut with drink purchase after visiting Willis Tower. The man who served us was a bit rude. He cited that the prices on my friend’s drink was higher than usual because of the timing of the day/day of the week. The prices listed didn’t indicate any certain timing. Anyway, the donut was alright. Not warm/fresh as I would wished it should be,… but it was 7−8pm… I wouldn’t expect it to be so.
