DW has several different play spaces, perfect for breeds of every size and need. We just ask that your pup be social and friendly with other doggies. Our awesome staff regularly email and text you pictures of your spoiled pumpkin. Its easy to stay in touch with your dogs, we post information to social media regularly. Our ultra modern boarding suites are custom made for comfort and style. After a long day of playing with their friends, your dog can relax in their own spacious suite and take a nice long nap on our plush beds. Worried about Chicagos mercurial weather? Dont be. DoggieWorks is fully heated in winter and air conditioned in summer, their comfort is a must. Raining? Just give us a call and we will walk your dog out to your caryou dont even have to get wet…

History

Established in 2005.

We began as a dog training company. In the very beginning, our training clients would ask us to watch their dogs while on business trips and vacations… DoggieWorks grew from there.

We just opened our first doggie daycare in Roscoe Village! We are very excited and proud of our 6500 sq ft. facility! We are trying to bring a hip modern sensibility to dog care. We offer daycare, boarding, training, agility, grooming, massage, dog walking and much much more! We are also partnering with Dr. Helen’s Canine Tooth Bakery to provide all natural, wheat, soy and corn free dog treats! Dr. Helen has been making delectable goodies for humans for years and has brought all her skills and creativity to DoggieWorks. Lastly, we have developed an entire event planning department. We have the perfect spot for breed meet up groups, singles events, fundraisers and anything your imagination can devise!

Business Owner

As is often the case, Jen started her journey into dog training because of one very special and very troubled dog, Tanner was a Boxer puppy who needed a lot of training and behavior modification. He was sweet, but very dog aggressive and had bitten several people. For the next several years, in her search to help her dog, Jen started learning and reading and finally became an accredited dog trainer. Tanner got the understanding and help he needed and a new career was born for Jen.

Already a Chicago Police Officer, Jennifer began training and dog walking in the summer of 2005! Relying on her then boyfriend, Bob (now her awesome husband!) they drove all over Chicagoland walking dogs, training and attending seminars.

When the opportunity to begin another chapter in their business career presented itself, Jen and Bob opened their first doggie daycare in the heart of Roscoe Village.
