I love this flower shop! Once a week I drop off a few mason jars and ask MIchelle to make me something within whatever budget I allocate towards fresh flowers for that week. Every single week she amazes me with her creativity and always at such a great value. I won’t use anyone else. Simply the best!

I needed a bouquet for my daughter’s graduation. I said, make it kind of cool and not too traditional or ordinary. Boy did they make an awesome bouquet. Everyone loved it and my daughter most importantly was very impressed!
I came in at 9am and I returned in 30 minutes. My bouquet blew me away at how nice they arranged it, with very cool colored flowers.
So, I wanted to give them a review that let everyone know, these guys are top notch.

For the last 4 years I go here to get Valentine’s Day flowers, same order of dozen purple Tulips with 6 pink ones.
I call a week in advance, pay over the phone, give her the time I will be in then when I come in she hands me the the flowers that she has wrapped up for me. She quickly explains if I need to cut them or not then I say thanks and leave.
Very smooth process plus the staff are friendly and knowledge so you can trust them. Would never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place. The, I’m assuming owner, is a little lady who is such a sweetheart. She put together such a great arrangement for me. She was professional and patient. GREAT FLOWERS AND GREAT PRICES.

I think this florist is great. We went in to buy some fresh cut flowers. They were beautiful and reasonably priced. The flowers came with tips on how to keep it longer. It’s been 2 wks and my hydrangeas have not wilted! I also asked about some spotting on my cactus and only had pictures with me. It was hard for her to diagnose but she pulled out some reference books to try to research it for me. The service is absolutely above and beyond.

Just purchased a hydrangea and lily arrangement to congratulate a friend on her pregnancy. I brought in a vase and Michelle put together a beautiful arrangement within minutes. I would highly recommend brightening your day or someone else’s with flowers from Daffodils!

Grocery store quality flowers at boutique prices. The flowers are not fresh– it’s unacceptable to sell a $ 75 bouquet with wilting flowers. The staff has no expertise to offer. When I pointed out that flowers were wilted, I was told that this type of flower just looks that way — which I know is not true. I’m not sure why anyone would come here when Pistil & Vine is around the corner.

i have visited daffodils on several occassions and have experienced mixed reviews unfortunately many being negative… my last visit i purchased a large plant in a white porcelain planter for $ 85– very pretty but a bit too big for the space we had in mind. the next day, i asked if i could exchange it for another which didn’t seem to be a problem… in exchange, i got a small windowsill plant for my bathroom (which i have purchased from here before for $ 10) and a bouquet of flowers which consisted of 4 small hydrangeas and some greenery… my original purchase was for $ 85, i was told my exchange purchase was comparable… seriously?! i should have just kept the damn plant… this will be my last time returning to daffodils… my advice to those who live in the area: venture down to pistil & vine on damen… much more affordable, better selection of flowers, and amazing customer service…

I received flowers from my husband for Valentines day and a box of generic chocolates (looked like the ones for .99 cents at Walgreens, seriously only 5 chocolates were in the box and they were gross). When I was looking on the website and saw they were charging $ 15 for this I almost passed out. The complete absurdity of that was beyond compare. The flowers were okay. I sent back the first ones b/​c the roses all had brown deadish petals around the edges and the small purple ones were all droppy. (The only good thing was the customer service. They apologized and offered to bring out a new arrangement, which I did appreciate). The second order was not much better. It was very generic for the price. I would not recommend this place at all and wish I could gey my husband a refund.

Pros:
– Top notch customer service! I can’t say enough about the people who work here. Very friendly, give you 100% attention and will work with you and talk through what you want.
– Quality of the flowers. Gorgeous! and gorgeous flowers = gorgeous arrangements.
– Talented staff. Any arrangement or other floral product I have purchased has always been beautiful. They never make anything without asking questions and showing what they have in the store.
– Speed. What do I mean? I needed a corsage made like NOW. «No problem. What color is the dress? any embellishments we should know about?» that is all they needed to know — 20 minutes later we had the corsage and a potentially embarrassing situation avoided.
Cons:
– Price. But you know, like I always say, big box is ok — I go there all the time, but if you want quality, you gotta pay for quality. But please note that their staff ask what you want to pay and work within your budget. Also, this place is one block from my home — gotta keep it local and feed my local small businesses who go the extra mile for customers and do a great job — that is worth the extra $$.

After going to aseria’s on North they told me they couldn’t do what I needed. My brother passed suddenly, i needed to purchase some flowers for the church service to placed near the urn. I had a budget of 200 which she charged me 220. I cannot say how extremely disappointed i was picking them up. When I got there the arrangement was not complete, not her fault a time communication error on both parties so I walked around wicker for over an hour I came back to an arrangement which to me was cheap and with normal garden lillies that I could grow in my backyard with a few orchids placed within. To be honest, at the time being heartbroken and all after the sudden loss of my brother, I didn’t have it in me to argue. What I can do is post this review and never ever shop there again. I was completely disappointed that I wasted over 200 on it. I got completely ripped off. I would have posted a photo, but my mom has the arrangement and didn’t really think of it until too late. She seems like a lovely lady but won’t give her my business again.

ALWAYS a pleasant experience with Daffodil, never dissapointed! Everytime, and I mean many, I call ahead to place an order for pick up, all I have to say is how much I want to spend and the occasion, at the time of pick up, I’m never ever dissapointed! Weather it’s a bouquet for my niece for her ballet recital, a mom’s «just because» bouquet, a «thank you» bouquet, it’s like they can read my mind. Will keep going back! :) Thanks Daffodil!

My mom sent me flowers from Daffodil for my birthday a few days back. The arrangement was seriously so boring and unattractive that I threw the arrangement in the garbage after three hours. I guess that I just couldn’t tolerate having such a subpar arrangement in view. The arrangement was also fairly tall, so I was having trouble ignoring it. Anyhow, grain of salt. See attached pics (the ones with the Birds of Paradise) and draw your own conclusion.

I have received flowers from this shop on several occasions from the BF… yes, I am one lucky girl! I understand that they prefer to call you to make sure that you are home, but it somewhat ruins the surprise of receiving flowers… that are supposed to be a surprise. The last time she called me, she asked me if I could pick up the flowers if I was in the area, which I politely declined considering my boyfriend paid for the delivery… she did offer more flowers for free in return for me coming into the store.
That aside, the flowers are always very beautiful and they give me exactly what he requests each time. The flowers always last at least a week, which is pretty good for hand cut flowers. My boyfriend stopped into the shop last week, and he said he was surprised at how much everything cost. He gives the shop a 4 for uniqueness and a 2.5−3 for the flowers. I opt for the 3 b/​c I dont have to pay for them… I am only the lucky recipient ;)

The prices are a little on the high side, but that is quite understandable given the quality. Whenever I need flowers, this is where I go. It’s nice to be able to call up, give a price range, and know that you’ll receive something which will exceed expectations.

flowers were not what they were supposed to look like, and i was supposed to get a substitution for an online style that wasn’t fully available. was charged an extra 25 bucks after being told it would be fine, they’d take care of me. they sure did. forget it, there are other great floral shops around. oh, the deliver guy turned out too be really nice tho.

Great selection for any occasion and budget. Very nice owner and was very helpul.

The store is really nicely laid out and they have some really healthy looking plants. They also sell purses, bath products and cards. I do find it a bit pricey, but they staff are very nice.

A great flower shop! The staff is always very helpful to your needs and always ready to make wonderful recommendations for any floral arrangements you may need. The prices are average for what they have, but the customer service is the best! Great selection for all your floral needs!
