D&B Appliance Best repair company in Chicagoland. If you read the negative review, its easy to see its FALSE. Obviously a slanderous jealous competitor. If they are bashing you, they are afraid of yoiu. Reason enough for me to continue using them

Save yourselves a day of staying home and waiting around for a repair technician who isn’t going to show up! I called D&B Appliance Repair to fix a washer/​dryer in a rental unit and they scheduled an appointment between noon and three pm and… yes…you guessed it. They never showed. I called them at 4:00 asking if by any chance it would make sense for me to continue to wait around, and the woman on the phone who was actually very nice said she would get back to me. I have called her four times during business hours and left messages (I am pretty sure they are screening me now) and still not a peep from them. I am very concerned because I gave them my credit card information ahead of time in order to get them to come out. I will repost with an update either way, but I would never use them again.
