The customer service is great for the area that is is in. Every time I walk in I receive a «hello ma’m how are you?» Much appreciated. The littlest gesture means the most.

The prices at this location are considerably higher than the Walgreen’s in the Gold Coast neighborhood. The only redeeming qualities of this location are the express line checkout and the size. Other than that, the workers have horrible attitudes and appear as if they don’t want to be in the building.

My favorite cvs to go into, provided I deal with the friendly woman who works the front of the store near the self checkout. She is SO willing to help whenever I go in there and always goes out of her way to make me feel welcome. Now if you go to the cashiers near the cosmetics isle, be prepared to wait. Even with no one in front of me, I’ve never gotten out of this store in under give minutes using these registers. To the kind lady up front, Five Stars!!!

I’ll spare the Unilocal community the explanation of how difficult it was to get this pharmacy to correct a coding error for my prescriptions, with them instead opting to repeatedly overcharge me despite my bringing it to their attention. Yes, they eventually agreed to reimburse me for the overcharges. However, the way the manager — the person in charge of making things better — handled my complaint, actually exacerbated the problem. You don’t handle a customer service complaint by talking over the customer while they’re explaining the problem. It’s bad customer service. My other gripe: no respect for privacy. BIG problem. Thankfully, I’m only taking [insert regular medication women take here]. However, if I were to have been picking up some different kind of prescription, it may have been a little embarrassing to have the pharmacist repeatedly mention the medication at regular voice level while other customers were nearby. Discretion much? Needless to say, I will be using Walgreens instead of CVS for my future prescription needs.

I’ve used this CVS for their minute clinic numerous times and to get my prescriptions filled countless times over the past 3 years and I have zero complaints. The pharmacists and their staff always help me and answer any questions I have. Even when there are crazy amounts of people in line waiting to fill prescriptions(which is often) the staff still more than courteous and accommodating. The parking is a huge plus as well at this CVS too! And the cashiers at the door by the parking lot are always very friendly. I travel frequently all over the country and aside from the busyness of this store this is one of the top CVS’s I’ve been to, and by far the best pharmacy.

This CVS Pharmacy Is one of ONLY21 star reciews i have ever given! The Pharmacists are either decent or RUDE! My wife gets medications on a scheduled basis from THEM so i go and pick them up when I am TOLD to by them and they say it‘s too early. I told them i wasted an hour taking time from work to come in here becasue you guys told me to and you give me this response. This has happened atleast 5 times. I have gone to Pharmacy management(JOKE) and store management and Nothing gets done. I actaully had a pharmacist tell me that they were sorry but its to early and i told him that THEY called us in and it also says online that its ready for pick up and he had the nerve to tell me «I dont know what the website for CVS looks like, i dont use it» That was his answer. He went to the next customer who actually walked out on him before he cvould help her because of the way i was treated. Anyhow… I would pay double to go somewhere else! We do now.

I have refilled about 8 prescriptions here, and the pharmacists have always been great. I usually come here in the evenings or on the weekend; maybe the other reviewers had different pharmacists. Also, the parking lot is a plus. Parking is on-street for the nearby Walgreens and other CVS, and it can be tough to find a spot.

Sick and running low on Sudafed, Melissa sent me to this CVS. There are two CVS and Walgreens within about a block, so going to this particular CVS was a definite choice. Melissa recommended this one because they have a parking lot. I really spent my time at CVS. While I was there, I saw many employees on hand and even heard messages over the intercom inviting shoppers to check out quickly in express lanes. This store is definitely efficient. The isles are a bit narrow and there is a clear distinction between the mini grocery store section and pharmacy. There was only one 12-pack of Sudafed left and only one kind of another *ahem* personal item I wanted. I asked if there was anymore that weren’t stocked but was told that they were waiting for a shipment. Since I was buying Sudafed, I had to check out at the pharmacy counter instead of the regular one. I had to wait a short time while the technician finished a phone call with a customer(it was clearly work-related). Another employee kindly acknowledged my wait and explained that he would check me out except he does nothing with the registers. The technician easily handled my transaction even though I had a coupon, cash, and debit card. At the end, she pointed out my CVS reward balance and a valuable coupon, each at the bottom of my receipt. Nobody questioned me as I exited the store(right past the registers) with my bags. It must be customary for some people to check out at the pharmacy and then walk through with bags like I did.

I’m so disappointed with my service this morning from this store! I am a nurse with a real job and wanted to be seen in the minute clinic but I had a couple questions about my insurance and if I could get my prescription filled elsewhere(if I had went). No one was available to answer my two questions and I kept getting redirected to an automated system that didn’t help either! Costumer service is obviously not important here! At this point I’m so frustrated I’d rather wait my turn to be seen in an ER!

CVS isn’t my first choice, because their prices are consistently higher than Walgreen’s and they also have a better selection. But CVS has bonus points and bucks — so I do buy some stuff there. This location is decent and usually well-stocked. I only go there to use up the coupons they give me. I much prefer Walgreens. I find that often, I will patiently wait at the check stand, while the staff bullshits with each other, like tonight. WTF? I know they see me standing there, yet, almost every time, they act like they are doing me a huge favor just to wait on me. They almost never ask for my CVS card — I have to ask them to take my phone number to look it up. That’s just bunk. To top it off, tonight I wasn’t even offered a bag for my purchase. The only reason I shop there is because it is so close to where I live and they give bonus points that translates to cash.

not good, even by CVS standards, but they have cold water and soda, and it was close to our hotel. we brought everything else we would need, and the hotel had a water cooler in the workout room, so we only had to go here once.

I truly do not enjoy giving a 1 star review. It means once again, I’ve wasted my time on a business that doesn’t deserve me spending my money there as a customer, nor yours. It means once again, after my 1 star review get published… that lo and behold some stranger who just joined appears with 0 reviews, maybe 1 review at the most and no profile pic, gives it a raving 5 star review in an effort to wash mine out. Well, I stand by all my 1 star reviews, these truly were bad experiences and I’m an honest person. The only two reasons I still use this store is they sell liquor and to get the $ 25 gift card for transferring a precription over. The $ 25 gift card can cover lifes necessities like deodorant, tampons, laundry detergent, toilet paper and a pack of wine coolers. All the pharmacists here operate about the same pace as a tortoise, even the fresh faced younger ones. If you drop off a prescription and decide to wait for it to be filled, god forbid they announce your name when the prescription is ready! God forbid they announce you need to come to the counter if there some type of complication like it’s too early to fill, can’t reach the doctor, or whatever. However, the cashiers never hesitate to make announcements like when they need a manager, but you’ll be hardpressed to get one from the pharmacy. I enivitably wait about a half hour and go to the register and sheepishly ask«is it ready?» And If I call the automated refill line, there’s a 25% chance that when I go there for pick up in person, it hasn’t been filled yet and I have to wait, or there’s some type of glitch and some reason it cannot be filled yet. Either way, you can’t win! If you go there just to buy gum or like just one item — there is always a line — both front and back entrance. The cashiers are just as slow as the pharmacists but more robotic. What can I say, I think overall Walgreen’s is better. Too bad they don’t sell liquor or offer gift card incentives.
