The one review must be a joke. See picture of the «old woman» (below) Sylvia, and judge for yourself. She gave me an excellent haircut. The main business of this salon is not for grannies from «Part Tower», but rather from the Breakers at Edgewater Beach in whose building it is situated. Those grannies leave looking beautiful! Very unfortunate about your favorite umbrella. I would be upset about that, also

Not so great… Very bad customer service… This place is meant to do hair and nails for senior citizens living in Part tower condos. Too bad that I didnt know that before until I took my appointment and sat in the chair for a hair cut… The hair stylist Sylvia is also an old woman who I guess is used to cut hair for old grannies and was neither patient nor had any customer skills. I was totally scared and shocked to have my hair in her hands as I didnt know of this until she started handling my hair… The reason I’m giving 2stars is because I thought I was gonna have bad hair days until I see another stylist and fix it as I lost hopes my hair cut would look any good on me but it was OK even though that’s not what I wanted… I went with my umbrella there as it was raining that day and i was the last customer and they were closing the store right in front of me after l was done. It didnt rain on my way back and I forgot my umbrella. When I called next day, I was told there wasnt any umbrella there, which I clearly dont believe because I was the last one to leave and I called the very next day 1^st thing they opened the store as that was my favorite umbrella. Would I go here again? Naaaah, definitely not…
