I admit I was hesitant to go to this clinic, but I thought I’d give it a chance since its not far from me. I’m so happy that I gave this location a chance! The receptionists are so friendly and professional. The nurse/weight loss consultant is an amazing and honest person! I tried the lipo/ignite shots and they worked so well for me! They gave me so much energy and helped with stubborn fat loss. I also tried their crave pills and it helped me as well. They have so many products to try out and what I like best is that they don’t push any products. I liked that they listened to my needs and goals. I can seriously go on about how much I love this place. To make things even better, it’s not as pricey as other weight loss clinics.

So I finally decided to give this place a chance despite the negative reviews regarding customer/patient care, big mistake. I went in on a Monday evening, they’re open 2pm — 6pm, I arrived at 5:15pm and was turned away. The young lady at the desk was really kind, she asked the the nurse (Ms. Shaffer) if I could be seen and Ms. Shaffer said no. The young lady was still pleasant and offered to let me complete the forms so that I wouldn’t have to do it when I return. Despite today’s disappointment, I will return because I am on a weight loss journey. I will update this review after my visit.

Ok, I was new to this clinic site. I went on a Saturday afternoon. I did have to wait but I was a walk in. I thought the Nurse P was very good. She ask me the important question about my goals and discussed all the weight loss options. I didn’t feel in a hurry or rushed. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase a plan. (I am a educated shopper) I thought the price was reasonable. This site was busy but nothing out of control. I will continue to follow and give an update as I continue.
