The worst service ever. I had spent few thousand for this store and disappointed. The two old men there is bad attitude no pleasure to talk to, the delivery is missing lot of things, the toilet with out of tanks, I had to come back to store pick up the tanks the old man makes me paid again also some things that I never order couldn’t return, you can find good service any where but not this store. The end I can give this store 0 star.

Our initial interaction with this company should have raised some red flags, but we just attributed the experience to a bad day. Granted the sales rep we were working with left the company or she was let go, either way our experience did not improve. I think the only way to handle this is just to list the problems we had: 1. First visit, sales rep was basically putting on her coat as we were looking around. Just trying to get out. 2. Claimed the quoted price included installation, which it apparently did not. 3. Called the Manager to get an update on the delivery of our order and he failed to respond, repeatedly. 3. Order was at least 1 week behind schedule 4. Ordered the wrong sink for one of our bathrooms 5. After another couple of days I had to go the the store to pick up the sink. 6. I was given the wrong sink, which we did not realize until a couple of days later The short story is our experience was not good. However, the one positive comment is if you choose to use their services make sure you speak with Jim, as he was the only employee that seemed to care.
