Private consultations and treatments performed in the comforts of your own home, there is no excuse to not put yourself first. Our board certified physicians perform all injections, including botox and dermal fillers. Our physician and esthetic team also perform laser hair removal, skin tightening procedures with our exclusively mobile Ultherapy platform, microdermabrasion treatments followed by corrective serum application, Vi chemical peels and PCA chemical peels.

By bringing these treatments to you, our team can discuss your concerns privately and perform treatments in the comforts of your own home.

Ok so I’ve waited to update this review because I was just going to leave it alone… but the Unilocaler in me can’t do it.
I stopped using Dr C about 2 – 3 years ago. Her Botox pricing started going up and up… which was frustrating because I had been with her since the beginning
It was more and more difficult to get a response time out of her.
My friends and I all had a joker brow.
Overall just very average now. I recently contacted her about Ultherapy and she was pretty responsive in the beginning but that slowly faded.
Personally, I cannot stand a lackadaisical business.

This is the second time having Lisa to the house. Held off writing review until I knew this was the real deal. First appointment was Botox. Lisa arrived on time, friendly and professional. She took the time to understand what I liked and what I needed. As a seasoned Botox user, I was amazed at the results. Best ever. I won’t go anywhere else. Best part, she came to me! Second appointment was for fillers. Again, amazing results. Lisa is an artist. She spent an hour making sure the fillers were perfect. Can not recommend Lisa enough.

I purchased 20 units of Botox from Concierge via Groupon. I called to schedule my appointment and was able to set a date right away. Lisa came out to my house and was great!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have had Botox done in the past. The results I have this time are by far the best I have ever had. I have personally priced Botox in Chicago which can be pricey. Concierge is better priced than most services offered in the city. With the home convenience luxury this is my far a MUST for future injections. Thanks guys!!!

Dr. Pat C is as good as it gets, especially in the rough and tumble world of cosmetic spa procedures. She is the most honest and straightforward doctor I have met. In this particular field, there are a fair number of what I will call, for lack of a more perfect word, charlatans – and they are often MDs, RNs, even dentists. The opposite is the case with Dr. C. She comes to you, never tries to upsell, does a fabulous job and is a great person to talk to. Amazingly, her prices are remarkably low for the industry. She could get away with charging twice what she does and still be worth it. She knows her stuff and she’s honest. She’s a keeper.

I found Dr. Pat through all of the positive reviews on Unilocal.I was a bit skeptical as I have always used a plastic surgeon for Botox and filler.
Dr. Pat exceeded my expectations in every way. She really cares about doing a good job and having you look good over trying to get you to spend more money, which I appreciate.

I too purchased a youswoop for concierage med spa. Dr. Pat C. is an amazing lady. I literally just got my botox and juvederm done earlier this afternoon, so my botox results havent kicked in yet, but my lips and my mothers, look amazing. The prices were also amazing and did I mention she comes to YOUR house? Its a recipe for amazement. All in all a great experience and I recommend 100%. Thank you concierge med spa!

I bought 3 youswoops for 20 units of Botox from Concierge Medical Spa. Having had Botox a few times before at a plastic surgeon’s office, I knew the deal was too good to pass up.
I have used 2 of my deals so far and each time Dr. C has come to my house she is prompt and super friendly. She knows the drill and is in and out in 15 minutes.
I will continue to call her for my quarterly Botox sessions even after I have exhausted my youswoops. She offers great prices to all her clients, not only on Botox, but also on peels and fillers… and it’s all from the comfort of your home.
