Meet the Business Owner
Jennifer R.
Business Owner
Jennifer owns and operates a CrossFit & CircuitFit facility in downtown Chicago. She specializes in high intensity functional group training focusing on Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Plyometrics and Cardiovascular Endurance.
She provides her athletes with a motivational program to help them make improvement. Her I Am CrossFit Challenge holds athletes accountable to their coaches for their workouts and nutrition plan for eight weeks. «I think for a lot of people they just need that accountability in their lives, and they’re happy about it,» Reed says.
