OTG Bootcamp started in 2013 and our goal is to help at least 1,000 Chicago residents reach their fat loss goals by the end of 2013. By educating others on exercise and nutrition, we can spread the feeling of confidence when you look good in your own skin. Fit is the new skinny.

Courtney began using kettlebells in 2011 after she was tired of the hustle and bustle of going to big box gyms and not seeing any results. She’s always been active playing soccer and running her whole life, but as the years went on it seemed to get harder and harder to stay in shape. A great friend of hers told her about his kettlebell gym he owned in San Diego, CA (which is where she’s from) and she thought, what in the world are kettlebells? She was down for the challenge. WELL, let me tell you! After taking just 3 classes Courtney was HOOKED! She had never in her life had a type of workout that was a full body from head to toes cardio /weight lifting combined all into a 45min class.
After 7 weeks she had lost 7 inches of body fat and was stronger than ever. After three short months, she was so excited about this amazing tool that she went and got certified to be able to share this with everyone and anyone.
