Chicago Real Estate Photographer

First time landlord with a need for condo photos in order to list unit for rent… while I still have control of the unit and its condition/​appearance.
Great photos… the place looks huge!
A very positive experience and I believe a very reasonable amount of money well spent. Jason was easy to get ahold of to schedule appointment and prompt to show up. He also made adjustments to décor and furniture placement and willingly shifted around clutter to show unit at its best.
I have looked at lots of listings in preparation for posting my own and can not believe how many landlords (and agents!) are using photos «shot» from their phone… and they look it!
I think Jason’s professional photographs look just that… professional! And I’ll be able to use them for rental listing now and in the future, and if I should ever put unit up for sale.
Ps. Jason is also a successful realtor and knows what prospective tenants/​buyers are looking for. And I also got some free leasing advice as a bonus.

Jason was easy to work with and took great photos. His shots really highlighted our condo, and he delivered the photos quickly. He also offered helpful advice. I would definitely recommend him to other sellers preparing to list their homes.

Although Jason has been doing Real Estate photos, we had him as another person taking our wedding photos back in October. He was able to capture a number of photos that the paid photographer never would of been able to get. I’ve been a realtor for 18 years and just recently started using Jason to take photos of my listings and wish I had called him sooner. Not only has every seller been extremely happy with the photos he took but the last 2 homes I just listed both owners actually brought up the photos of the listings on my website and asked if I was going to use the same photographer for their listing.
