Come on… The reviews are SO scripted. Chad is impossible to reach and is only after himself. He blew me off just because I didn’t have a 800,000 loan amount. I have only heard negative things about him since. Ended up closing with someone else at his firm, who also said that Chad is known to be offensive. Great company but stay awAy from him.

Chad and his team know the mortgage business better than anyone in Chicago. His attention to detail and communication are second-​to-​known. His professionalism sets the bar for the industry. As a Realtor in Chicago, it’s important that I have a top notch team of mortgage lenders, inspectors, attorneys, etc. to refer my clients to who will support them throughout their transaction, help them make informed and educated decisions as well as ensure it’s a smooth transition with no hiccups. I am very picky as to whom I’ll refer my clients to as that person’s work ends up being a reflection on me. Chad is one of only two mortgage people whom I feel comfortable enough with to refer my clients on a regular basis.
He’s professional, hard working, intelligent and great at what he does. He’s particularly good at explaining the mortgage process to first time home buyers, which is crucial as it can be an overwhelming and confusing process the first time around. I like that he updates me at least once a week on the status of all of my transactions with him as well as updating the clients once a week. I also like that he has an entire team supporting him and working on my client’s transactions.
In a fast moving market like Chicago it’s important to be able to get ahold of your mortgage lender at a moment’s notice to get an updated preapproval, find out the exact monthly payment on a home your client is interested in possibly purchasing, etc. before submitting an offer. Most mortgage brokers are only available 9−5pm Mon — Fri, however, Chad regularly responds to my requests quickly both at night and on the weekends. His quick reply has been crucial in winning multiple offer situations.
When there have been hiccups with a deal Chad has gone to bat on behalf of my clients, staying until 11pm at night to find a math error made by an underwriter, calling the VA multiple times per day to get a letter we needed to close, etc. Most mortgage brokers would have given up and I appreciate that Chad doesn’t give up on my clients and always delivers.
I can recommend Chad without hesitation to both clients and other Realtors and will continue to use him with my clients.
