Reflexology is an ancient form of bodywork that specializes in relaxation, improved circulation, reduced stressed and overall wellness. Studies show:
that reflexology has been documented to ease certain symptoms associated with Cancer and its treatment. Thirteen studies conducted in six different countries show significant improvement, or changes with pain, anxiety, nausea, vomiting and fatigue.
Women receiving reflexology sessions during pregnancy or labor experienced shorter labor times, and needed less analgesia.
A controlled study of women experiencing anxiety and depression, showed that 6 hours of reflexology work resulted in significant difference in anxiety levels
A Danish study conducted in 1995 showed that reflexology work among 156 employees improved employee absenteeism rates and morale. Improvements were noted in back pain, musculoskeletal system, migraine headaches, and stomach/intestinal discomfort.
Reflexology helps with so much more.
History
Established in 2008.
After completing massage therapy school in 1996„ I discovered the world of Reflexology; first as a recipient, then later, as a student. Knowing that Reflexology would be a valuable form of bodywork to add to my practice, I attended the International Institute of Reflexology. Over time, reflexology has become the focus of my bodywork practice.
While I provide in-home reflexology service in the Chicago area, I also provide service at job sites, as part of wellness initiatives, thank you efforts, and executive compensation benefits.

Several years ago I joined a friend at an introductory massage class. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed giving a massage. Before long I enrolled in the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now Cortiva), and graduated a year later. During that time, I discovered the world of Reflexology; first as a recipient, then later, as a student. Knowing that Reflexology would be a valuable form of bodywork to add to my practice, I attended the International Institute of Reflexology. Over time, Reflexology has become the focus of my bodywork practice.
