Capital Parking / Blk & Wht Valet

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not trust them with your car whatsoever! When visiting a relative at Warren Barr South Loop my only option was to leave my brand new car with their valet. 4 hours later I return with the right rear bumper and light damaged. I was eventually connected to the owner Iman who told me no worries we’ll take care of it. He seemed nice enough and said no need to file a police report. He seemed interested in helping fix my far at first and asked if I would take my car to be fixed at his friend’s body shop. They fix all sorts of high end vehicles. Corvettes, Porsche, etc. So my Lexus will be in great hands. Boots On The Ground body shop is where he sends me. Well this place looked shady as all heck with zero signage. See attached pictures. But I was desperate to get my car fixed and be done with this headache. 2 days later I go to pick up my car and they did a total chop job cutting corners in the repair. The new light they put in had scratches all over it. Instead of taking the bumper off and repairing it correctly they instead just taped off the corner of the bumper and fixed it, leaving very evident permanent clear coat paint lines in the middle of my bumper. And they used a different shade of silver!!! And they sprayed overspray all over my car!!! And the inside of my vehicle on the driver side was filthy from their workers moving my car. Days later the paint in the repair area started discoloring to a cloudy white and cracking!!! See attached pics. I was beyond upset. Iman then tells me he’s so sorry and to take it to a body shop near me and he will take care of it. So I get an estimate. Send it to him. And sure enough nothing gets done. Instead tries to put me on a wild goose chase for three more estimates. Well I’m done with this scammer joke of a business man. So I have my attorney call him for his insurance info and he won’t give it. So looks like this will be quite the battle when this fool could have done what’s right and just fix my car that his reckless driver damaged. I warn and company considering bringing his company in to do their valet parking to not do it. And I will be reaching out to the upper management at Warren Barr where his company is managing their lot to question whether that’s a company who they want in their facilities.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They damaged my car and claimed I dropped it off like that! After I had it looked at by a certified mechanic, and they said the sound coming from my car would only make that sound on impact. $ 1200 to fix my car and they wouldn’t compensate me a dime for it! Plus, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me after I called and emailed several times! Ridiculous!

Ok first of all this place has the worst customer service skills! Were paying so much money for what? To wait almost 30mins for my car? The valet attendants can hardly speak english and i been waiting in this 90 degree weather in the middle of chicago rush hour! By all means avoid this valet service!

HORRIBLE!!! Do not use this service! They damaged my car over a month ago and I have been trying to seek compensation from them since and have yet to hear back. The secretary keeps telling me the owner is in a meeting and will call me back. After her saying this about ten times I finally contacted my insurance company. They called and were able to get a hold of the owner Amin (sp?) who was telling my insurance company that he couldn’t talk and had to leave the office. He wouldn’t even listen to the situation from her, he just said I’m leaving for the day I’ll call you back. Very very shady!!! If i do not get compensation from this soon, I’m taking them to small claims court.

BEWARE: THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! Make sure you ask what company is parking your car when you do valet in Chicago. If it’s this company, park your car elsewhere! They damaged TWO cars where I work. And they WILL NOT pay for the damages!!!
They damaged my car (over $ 1000 worth of damages) and instead of telling me, they simply put the pieces that got scraped off my car onto the passenger seat! They even allowed me to pay for the parking and tip them. Can you imagine the audacity?!
When I got into my car and realized what happened, I stepped right back out and asked them about it.
The guy in charge just said «I don’t know.» And he had no answers for me on how to report the problem. He simply texted me pictures of the damages and told me to contact their office on Monday.
They avoided my calls and messages, and emails for weeks. The secretary kept saying «he’s in a meeting, he’ll call you back in a half hour.»
I finally lied to the secretary one day and told her I was the manager’s sister. Then she immediately transferred my call to him. Long story short, he told me to go get an estimate from an auto body shop, and he promised their insurance would cover the damages. So I did so that same day. I sent him the estimate and I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I even had a lawyer contact him. This company is shady beyond belief.
It’s been three months. I am taking this to small claims court soon.
