I got to agree with Laura — seems like this place doesn’t like making money. Never showed up, and when called, gave excuses. Waste of time…

Campos is our go too place for appliances. We have bought a washer dryer from them and a stove. Washer dryer we bought used and I flat out beat the hell out of them for years and they never had a problem. Recently bought a stove and there was a small electrical problem. Stove still under warranty. They came, fixed it and never even asked to see bill of sale to ensure still under warranty. We once had the guy come for what we thought was a prob with the washer and he showed us we had overstuffed the washer and didnt want to charge us for such a silly repair but we made him take $ 20. GOOD GOOD PEOPLE. And for those who think this place is only for mexican families. we are white middleclass and you can pay more with other people and not get HALF the quality or honorable people that you would from Campos.

It doesn’t seem like this place wants my business.
I called on Wednesday morning to schedule an appointment to have my dryer looked at. I smelled a slight gas odor the day before, so I wanted to make sure it was safe to use or if it needed to be serviced.
When I called, it sounded like I got a random cell phone number. The guy on the phone was very short and it seemed he wanted to hurry me off the call:
Me: «I need to make an appointment to get my dryer serviced.»
Campos: «Ok, where you at?»
Me: [address]
Campos: «Ok, I come check it out.»
Me: «Wait, when are you coming?»
Campos: «Right now.»
Me: «No, I’m not home now, can you come tomorrow?»
Campos: «Ok, I come between noon — 1 o’clock.»
Me: «Tomorrow is good, but please be sure to come before 3 o’clock.»
Campos: «Ok, I come before 4.»
You get the idea. Needless to say, the jerk never showed up, but ironically the gas smell is gone and I don’t think I needed him after all. Whatever, you don’t want my money? I’ll take it somewhere else.

Definitely the place to go to for fixing up your appliances. I had a problem with my washer then my dryer within 2 weeks of one another. It was nice to know that they came out, for a minimum cost and fixed up the appliances. I spent less than $ 100 for everything and I am so glad that I didn’t just go buy new appliances. They also sell appliances that have been refurbished at thier store, but I like the fact that they come out, charge you very little and do the job. I HIGHLY recommend them.
