Buddy’s Parking Company

Buddy’s parking has taken over parking garages in Chicago at various locations. I live in the Skybridge condominium building, and Buddy’s took over management of our garage. The garages are filthy since Buddy’s has taken over. Garage doors, card readers and other equipment has fallen into a state of disrepair.
The doormen in our building used to have a spare card for residents whose cards had failed. Buddy’s confiscated this card, and then charged a high fee to assist these residents that was variable and was based on what they felt like charging.
On the pay side of the garage, Buddy’s is operating an extortion racket. They have also gone cash only, so if you only have large bills, you overpay. The cost of a list ticket went from $ 23 to $ 300!
Building management issued a memo to residents stating that Buddy’s would no longer take complaints as of December 2015. On January 20, 2016, The Skybridge condominium association fired Buddy’s and terminated their contract.
After two years of Buddy’s parking management, our garage looks like a war zone, a filthy, dilapidated faculty that will take years to repair. I urge all who read this to never park at a garage managed by Buddy’s and to never contract them to manage your parking family.

DO NOT PARK WITH THIS COMPANY. This valet company shut down my monthly parking with NO notice and I had to remove my car before the time I paid through was even completed. THEY STOLE MY SPARE KEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CONSUMERS. Manager Romana stated that the loss of my keys was «NOT A TOP PRIORITY» after 3 weeks of my keys being missing, meanwhile some valet worker has my address, license place number and could be roaming around freely and the company has not expressed an ounce of professionalism or customer service.
