I dropped my iPhone 5S, the screen cracked, and I was not looking forward to going to an Apple Store to get it fixed. I went to Bestcom on a friend’s recommendation. Amir replaced the screen in 40 minutes and gave me a free screen protector for $ 80 plus tax. He was cordial and straightforward. 5⁄5 would go again.

Hi, I decided to write this review because I had an amazing experience with this store, not once but a few times. On Feb, 24 I attempted to unlock my iPhone 6 through this website and it was an awful experience and waste of time. They did’t process my unlocking first 2 weeks after I started the process,(the whole process is promised to take 5 – 10 business days), after 5 weeks they sent me an e-mail that my phone is unlocked and to follow the process to finalize unlocking. However, after many attempts my phone was not unlocked. I e-mailed them and they advised me that there is a technical difficulty and they need additional time to figure out what’s wrong with my device. That’s when I decided to stop the process and went to Bestcom Wireless. This was the best decision I made. My phone was unlocked in 6 days. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them to perform your factory unlocking in order to use it internationally or for other GSM networks. Also, I had the opportunity to deal with both brothers at this store and they are both very approachable, friendly and open minded. For any future potential customers, it is important to set up your standards and expectations with them. My experience with this store was very positive and I will definitely return to them for future phone services. This review was written by someone who appreciates great customer service and who is a provider of client’s excellence every day. I hope that readers can find this review helpful and try this place for their cell needs. Thank you, R.D

Got a great deal on a phone that was twice as expensive at T-mobile. Great customer service! Even threw in a free car charger and an awesome case! For the other reviewers how can you compare Ebay to a retail outlet, are you forgetting that businesses pay wages, taxes, rent, utilities, etc. How do you expect them to survive? Go to a T-Mobile retail outlet or a Best Buy and see how much they want for chargers and cases. Yet you pick on the small local businesses trying to make a living. Next time you go out to a restaurant you might as well compare their steak prices to Jewel, seriously get real.

Customer service? They gotta be joking. Rocker wanna be dude there whose bald, he can go fuck himself. Waited 2 hours for a phone to be unlocked. Went to check on it, the guy nearly threw us out. Didn’t even say a word. Prices? I bought a phone case on ebay $ 3. Their price $ 19.99. Seriously, absolutely avoid this place. Scum hole little shop. Shop ebay before you even think about shopping here. Want customer service, this place treats you like you’re shit. See if that place last long acting like fucktards. And baldy, your beard looks like shit.

Buyer beware — no refunds at all. They are slick. Why would you buy something here when at other retailers, you have an option to get a refund if you are not happy with the purchase.

I made two trips to this store. First time I bought an iphone charger and the second time a battery for an android. Very good price both times, and I even got some tips on extending the life of my battery. I was offered the«no tax discount», I took it and got a receipt.

This is a truly shady business owner and I warn all to stay away. I purchased my internet service and modem through these guys in the fall and had a good experience, so I wanted to give them my business again when I switched to a pre-paid phone to save money. The owner is young and very flirty. He is the perfect slick salesman, so much that when my instincts told me that some things weren’t right, I ignored them. First off, the phone I bought did not have a price tag on it, because he just got the shipment in that day. When he threw out a price I accepted it because I thought he was giving me a good deal. Then when I paid, he didn’t give me a store receipt, just the credit card slip and a printout of the successful porting of the number to the new company. Well it turns out that this phone was going for about a hundred dollars less on the internet. Also, my service took a week to switch over to the new company because he didn’t enter my info in the computer correctly. I spent a lot of timing going back and forth from the old company to the new one, with much frustration. I tried to return the phone because I hadn’t even been able to use it, but he told me they don’t take returns unless the phone is defective. I asked why he didn’t post a sign in his store regarding the return policy. He told me it was on the store receipt. I told him he never gave me a store reciept. Then he apologized and told me he didn’t charge me taxes, just a $ 20 activation fee. I asked him why he never bothered to inform me that he was charging me an activation fee and he played dumb. I called LG to ask what the warranty is on the phone because it just doesn’t work very well. The customer service rep informed me that my phone is not meant for sale in the US, just Australia and NZ. I am so furious that I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
