IULIANA is the best esthetician I have ever met! She is EXTREMELY professional and really cares about what you need. I got my facial for the first time a couple of months ago and cant live without it now:) Iuliana always takes the time and effort to give the best care of my face; I already see how my skin got better. (Even my friends mentioned that)
Also, she does the most PAINLESS Brazilian and cant wish for better eyebrows wax either! So, I would highly recommend her if you live in lakeview (or not). You will LOVE it!
Can’t write review for another time I have visited Iuliana’ s spa. But, I will just add one thing :) I have tried Microdermabrasion AND Microneedling! LOVED it!!! After a couple of times, I feel like my skin got even better. Thank you, Iuliana for being the Best!

One of the most clean, nice and quiet places I’ve been so far! I didn’t have to wait nor to explain a lot what I need it, everything was very quick and the girl who was doing my nails was so helpful showing me what’s popular and what would look great for the summer. It was my friend’s wedding and we had a small party at this salon, it was a very pleasant experience for both of us. I highly recommend this place if your looking for quality work and enjoyable experience !!! I’ll definetly go back !!!

I needed beautiful nails in a pinch! I found this place via Unilocal,and I was not disappointed. Good prices, clean place, polite staff, and a beautiful finished product. I went in to get nail extentions and they’re so nice! I messed up paint on one and they helped me fix it. Very accommodating. Would definitely go there again.

This is a very pleasant atmosphere to relax and pamper yourself. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. My nails never looked better. I choose the European Gel Mani and was not disappointed. If you pay with cash you get a small discount. I have an appointment to get a Pedi and I can’t wait.

It’s my first time getting my nails done in Chicago and she did an awesome job! If you are looking for someone to take their time to do a completely detailed, neat job then this is place to go. They’re very attentive to what you want. I had a mani and no chip gel for $ 40. Worth every penny!

Love Iuliana! She always makes my eyebrows looks beautiful! Got a facial this week and her products smell so nice, my skin looks great, and she delivered so much information to me on the products and my skin. Plus her little room is quite and very relaxing.

not going to lie… i have my usual spot down the road. been going for years and felt like i was cheating on them. however, they were busy and basically told me to come back tomorrow (um, wish i had such a flexible schedule). so knowing this spot just opened and never appears busy (yet), i happily walked down the street and got one of the best mani’s i’ve had in a long time. clean place with more vinylux colors than i’ve ever seen before. i missed the massages/​massage chairs at the «other spot» but honestly, this could easily move up the ranks in my book specifically because they are much more detailed with their service.

I love coming here! Best nail salon in Chicago! Zukhra and Christina did a great job! I would highly recommend this nail salon for your manicures/​pedicures!

I love this place and the people do your nail … My nail done by sweetest girl Zukhra … She’s lovely and very talented. She would listen and know exactly what to do … Her work is nice and clean and very need … Her painting and drawing skills awesome. Anyone looking for nice design definitely recommend her … Over all all of them talented and do great job :)

I love this salon. Iuliana is by far the best esthetician. I followed her here from another salon and I can say it was the best decision I could have made. I see her for everything, eyebrows, bikini, and underarm. The wax that she uses make for a pretty pain free experience, not to mention she makes what can be an awkward situation very comfortable. She honestly does the best job. I also went to her for a facial and I can say my skin felt great after, can’t wait for my next one. Iuliana is very kind and helpful and never pressures you into additional procedures like at other salons particularly chain ones. She is also flexible with scheduling appointments and responds very quickly. I highly recommend coming her to see Iuliana.
Also the last time I was in I was able to get a no chip manicure. One of the best I’ve had, it lasted 3 weeks and that never happens for me. I forgot the girl who did my manicure but both of the women that are there for nails are very nice.

When you get regular waxing (down there) ladies, you want someone with a quick hand, but you also need to feel like you are simply chatting with you girlfriend right? This is why I go to Iuliana. She is the most professional aesthetician I have ever had. Also, the spa is really lovely and the room is always the perfect temperature even during cold Chicago winter days.

I am very picky and was about to give up on getting manicures for a while, so I was very pleased to learn that BackStage Nail had opened in the fall. I know I can count on a high quality manicure here that will be beautiful and last a very long time.
Zukhra does the best designs I’ve ever seen. On my birthday I said I wanted something a little sparkly, but not glittery, and not too sparkly, and kind of inspired by champagne bubbles and fireworks. Even though I was so vague, she gave me exactly what I wanted but couldn’t articulate!
I wish I could make an appointment by text or online, because I hate calling salons, so hopefully they will add that option soon. I guess I just need to make my next appointment before I leave the salon!

Zuhra and Christina are amazing!!! Impeccable European quality, thorough attention to details. Usually my no chip manicure last about 3 weeks. And I love that they are taking time to make everything perfect. Try them, toy won’t be disappointed!

Zukhra is great! I get European Gels with no-​chip and it’s always awesome. Her attention to detail is better than any other nail tech I’ve ever had. Place is bright and clean. Zukhra and Christine are both super nice and deliver quality service.
