Phenomenal customer service! I found my new regular place! I went in for a no-​chip and got more than I expected. They’re start out by putting a heating pad around your shoulders to get you relaxed. After a great manicure service, and they ended with a shoulder massage! Whaat?! I have never had service this great getting my nails done! Positive and professional atmosphere

I came in with a groupon voucher and the experience was really nice the lady that was working on my feet took a while like 1 ½ then another nail tech came and finished in less then a min. Then I went to get my no chip and that was decent but the problem came four hours later when I was at the airport my nail had chipped four hours later !!! Then I woke up the next morning and more chipped nails !!! Not even 24 hours later !!! So sad I really wanted to like this place but the no chip didn’t even last 24 hours !!! I didn’t do anything that I wouldn’t do any other time I get my nails done so I don’t understand maybe the nail tech rushed and didn’t put enough coats of gel oh well on to the next!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years for my mani/​pedis and have been happy every single time. They start you off with a heating pad for your shoulders and a drink to relax while you’re getting your nails done and have comfy massage chairs for pedicures. My regular manicures always last easily a solid week without chipping which I can’t seem to get elsewhere. Friendly techs too!

Found this place on Groupon and am so very happy that I did. I called to make a pedicure appointment for the same day and was able to be accommodated within the hour. The staff was very professional and did not bat an eye when they saw me stroll in with my toddler. The atmosphere was pleasant and it was very clean inside. I did spend a while choosing a color for my pedicure because their selection was huge! But that’s a good thing. A heated neck pad was placed on my neck at the start of my pedicure to help me relax. The guy who performed my pedicure did a great job with the meticulous cutting and filing of my cuticles and nails and applied the nail color flawlessly. I have never had a better pedicure! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I will definitely you return!

Sigh, we had high hopes for this place. Had appointments and still didn’t get service before other people coming in without appointments.
I guess your experience really depends on who your technician ends up being. Mine was constantly stopping to do other things. My pedicure was far better, but i had to wait about 30 minutes for it… EVEN THOUGHEE HAD APPOINTMENTS.
I also didn’t get the massage that everyone else received and iS apparently raving about. Yea, probably wont be coming back.

I am not sure who did my pedicure (first time here) but I will say that this is the only place that a pedicure has ever hurt. When they cut the cuticles around the nails generally the technician is gentle about it. This woman acted like she was in a rush, and it was like she was ripping them off rather than trimming the skin without pulling. It stung a bit when I put my feet back in to soak. Heating pad was cool, but I’m here for my feet. Lotion they used on feet and legs included some sort of exfoliant, which I’ve never experienced before (not a bad thing). My toes do look great, also decent selection of polish colors though not as many OPI as I would like. However, I probably will not come back. That might be me not giving the place an objective shot, but I need to be sold the first time around!

Great mani pedi, even used paraffin wax on my heels. But when I went to pay I was charged an extra $ 5 because I didn’t get my last no-​chip there. When no other nail salon charges this if you’re getting another no-​chip I was irritated. Won’t go back for that reason alone, there are too many places to choose from!

This is my go to nail salon. Their prices are competitive and comparable to other places, but $ 13 for a manicure with paraffin dip or $ 35 for a mani/​pedi with paraffin dip can’t be beat. The main reason I like them so much though is because of how thorough and neat they are. My nail technician was meticulous with my cuticles and she made sure the polish was perfect. They are super friendly, clean and have a punch card for return customers.

Had a great experience, definitely will be coming back. Prices extremely reasonable, free wifi. The girls are very polite (they don’t talk amongst eachother like you’re not there) and professional. Extremely gentle too, I didn’t wince once while she trimmed my cuticles which almost never happens. Overall, extremely happy.

One word. Amaazing. Service is unbelievable, all these tiny pampering extras. It’s really hard to find the place where every little thing is thought through to make you feel pampered. Clean and professional! I got an appointment right away.
Groupon people, please stop complaining!

This place is my jam! I have been coming here for about 3 years and have nothing bad to say about it. The staff are wonderful and patient, I have seen some pretty high maintenance customers. They take their time to make sure everything is just right. I usually get the spa pedicure and gel manicure. This is my time where I get to just relax and not think about much and Spa Spot does it for me. Everything is very clean and sanitary, they also provide a lot of little add-​ons that just add to the experience.
Writing this review actually reminds me I need to book my next appointment.

I don’t know how this place is reviewed so highly. The place has a funny smell and the people are unprofessional. I had an eyebrow wax it was one of most painful waxes I’ve ever had. Plus, the place looked unclean.
Afterwords, they put a cooling gel on my eyebrows. The next day, I broke up with a few dozen pimples all around my eyebrows where the gel was applied. Then they forced me to take a loyalty card, even though I will definitely never go here again.

Only found out about this place because I purchased a groupon for a mani pedi. I walked in, was able to get in right away, and immediately had nails and feet going at the same time! Started with a wax dip for my hands, and then swiftly began both the mani and pedi. They pulled out all the shots, which resulted in deep relaxation on my part. What a wonderful experience! In the past, my purchasing of a groupon almost made me a nuisance in a business’ eyes, but not here! I tipped over 20% based on the pre– groupon price because maybe service was worth it! Definitely the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be back :)

Fit me in same day and did a great job!
My lady was obviously very experienced, quick, and thorough. Got a wonderful no chip mani and eyebrows done. They even include a shoulder heat pad and shoulder massage with the mani.
Cute place, clean, and was (not surprisingly!) busy. Was impressed they squeezed me in.
Super relaxed and ready for my girls wedding this weekend. Will be back!
