Specialties

At Atelier Azara, design is the subject for inquiry and exploration. We endeavor to expand the repertoire of imagined outcomes through investigative material research, inventive application of emergent technologies, and keen observations of both our natural habitat and built environment. We aim to expand and coalesce a multidisciplinary approach to creating heuristic design solutions that affect positive change in a dynamic world.

Atelier Azara, design advocates and solution analysis — a Think Tank for exceptional design.

History

Established in 2009.

AZARA meaning «Refuge» or «Shelter» in Sanskrit, established the launching platform in the development of this architectural practice. Atelier Azara, calls Chicago home and represents a renewed sense of vision and prosperity at a time when the world’s economic condition is at its lowest in decades.

Atelier Azara aims to explore and engage distinctive qualities of architecture with a contemporary approach while, respecting with poise, the branded historic. Creative solutions that are responsible and possess aesthetic merit are major objectives that provide the opportunity to take a fresh look at new ideas enthusiastically. We value the research approach and an intensive analysis of practical as well as theoretical issues forming the driving forces of design. At the core, we are committed to the idea of collaborative teamwork throughout the design progression and emphasize upon input from all parties engaged.
