I went through University Common Sales back in 2005, when the Commons was still in its pre-​construction phase. I loved their setup with their miniatures, floor plan layouts, and finishes all laid out pretty and in an open area. The Sales rep was very helpful, maybe because my family bought 2 units from him and the market was still good at the time, I’m sure he was making out well.
But overall no problems in the entire process, they even provided me with updates and gave me a target date that was within one month of the actual closing.
