The most dishonest practice. This place is literally a ROTATING DOOR– at least 30 employees in 2015. IS A BRAND NEW STAFF AT EVERY VISIT!!! Manager thinks she knows how to run the office simply because shes married to the MD. She will short change you (RECEIVED A STATEMENT OF OVER 1k out of the blue), disrespect employees and does not have a degree or medical background herself, just what she hears or picks up along the way!!!. Do youself a favor and look away from any ads related to ORTHOPEDIC office near Cicero and Peterson!!! This practice is also in the middle of financial distruction… you will hear the MANAGER crying around the office on payroll week.
If they dont care about employees what makes you safe as a patient!!!
If you need Ortho care go to Il Bone and Joint located just downstairs!!!

Nice location and the staff was nice, I had a lot of questions that were answered, so I can understand the procedure. The doctor did not rush me and actually educated me about the bones in my hip and knee. Also they gave me a good discount because I did not have any insurance. Lots of parking too

Do yourself a big favor and find another physician. I will say that my surgery has not given me any problems as of yet, but the procedure itself was horrific. I was supposed to be numb and given a block, basically it went in my knee down to my foot so that I would not have any pain after the surgery. Well I was not numb, I felt the entire blocking device go in and down my leg which was extremely painful. Then after going through all of that, it didn’t work. I felt everything the second the anesthetic wore off. But in the medical field, nothing is certain and I say Dr. Snitovsky did a good job overall on the surgery. The main reason I highly recommend going to another doctor is that they sent my bill to collections immediately. A pathetic $ 1200 after my insurance picked up the remainder of the $ 30,000 they were billed for a simple procedure. I never got as much as a phone call from the office or even a bill in the mail and it is the only negative reflection on my credit, which I have worked hard to keep clean.

4. the doctor was very gentle with my cortisone shot
5. nice view from the 6^th floor
6. hurt a lot less than i thought it would
