Abdul Ahmed is the president of AKA Comp Solutions, a Chicago based technology solution provider, with a specialization in incorporating technology with the school curriculum in a very seamless way. A graduate of DePaul University, Abdul started his career with a state funded service program ‘Bridging the Digital Divide’ in which he was responsible for working with different schools in Chicago to bridge the technology gap in the school. Using this background, a heart for providing service and his knowledge of system development, in 2006, Abdul established AKA Comp Solutions, a company dedicated to providing service to schools in the underserved communities. The sole mission of the company was to find ways for schools to adopt technology and build a 21^st century learning environment for the students.
