Great place to go if you need repairs on computers. Doesn’t charge the ridiculous price that places like best buys geek squad would charge you just to put in a reboot cd and press enter. Store owner is very friendly and always willing to help anyone out. P. s. if you need a mouse or keyboard or flash drive in a jam, great prices there too. Highly satisfied!

This place is great! I had broken my screen on my iPhone 5 to the point of not being able to use it at all. After checking out about 5 or 6 electronic repair stores down Devon, I could not find any with a reasonable price especially considering that most of the screens they use are the cheap generic screens that had gotten me to that point in the first place. I drove past i-​Shakk and decided to check it out as a last resort. Sargon was a very nice guy and even though it is a computer repair store, he has the expertise with phones and was more than happy to help me out with my phone. He offered a very reasonable price and I was happy with the end result. He uses screens from actual iPhones that have other problems or are Bricked so you know your getting real parts from apple. I walked out a happy man and will definitely come back for any computer or phone repairs I may need. Very surprised to see a bad review here, not sure what the situation was, but I highly recommend checking this place out.

My boyfriend got a whole new screen and I got a new button and my battery fixed altogether for $ 95.00. This place has great customer service and it was done in less than an hour! Highly recommend.

Very fairly priced, honest and intelligent. Went in there to replace the cooling fan in my laptop, Sargon I believe the shop owner, took about 2 minutes to realize it was just jammed and fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Only charged me about the price of Starbucks coffee, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary mumbo-​jumbo. Even told me he would refund me my money if that didn’t fix and the issue and we would take it from there. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great service and results. I have cracked my iPhone screen a couple times and every time I came back here to get it fixed quickly and at a great price. Sargon is very helpful and really knows what he’s doing.

Sargon diagnosed free of charge. He called me with a quote in 24 hours which was ¹⁄₃ less than what Best Buy would have charged. The work was completed the next day. I love supporting my neighborhood businesses!

I’m really surprised to find a negative review on here, because my experiences with the i-​Shakk have been nothing but positive. I think the customer service is superb – the employees are attentive and there has always been a technician available when I’ve called/​stopped in. The employees are both kind and knowledgeable. The free diagnostic is definitely a plus – I’ve never been anywhere that offers that.
The i-​Shakk worked miracles on my favorite laptop. I was devastated when it wouldn’t turn on anymore, and went to them in desperation. I was assured that at the very least, my files could be recovered, even if nothing could be done to save the computer itself. Somehow, they managed to get it working again in a matter of 2 days. For this, I will be forever grateful!
On another occasion, my brother’s laptop had been infected with a virus and wasn’t working properly. I tried fixing it myself to save the cash, but ultimately took it in. I was not disappointed! Again, I was met with optimal service and within 2 days we had it back – it seemed brand-​new.
When working on both laptops, the technician kept me informed and offered me status updates regularly. He was very patient and took the time to explain the problems and how he would proceed to solve them. All of my data was saved! The prices were very fair, and they were kind enough to provide me with anti-​virus as a courtesy. I was both thrilled and thankful for their work.
Of course, I’m hoping I won’t have to go back – but if I have to, I know my laptops are in good hands. Many, many thanks. I would recommend to all.

Yes, you offer ‘free’ diagnostic work to see what’s wrong, I get that. So do MicroCenter, BestBuy, and the 5 other Computer repair stores on Devon, it’s not a platform you can grandstand upon because everyone offers that.
My review of your business and mistreatment will stand, it will NOT be removed.
Perhaps next time you feel like kicking out a customer because you’re upset he has to run to his car for a second you’ll think back to this review and remember that people like myself are the ones who keep you in business.
You’re a Computer repair store that doesn’t even have a repair technician on duty until a few hours before close, your staff knows nothing about Computers yet you’ve got plenty of them for sale, you have boxes and boxes of Camera Surveillance equipment for sale but you know nothing about them, and can only offer up a business card… you see the pattern yet?

The best computer store out there hands down. My repairs are always done so fast and Sargon has answers to every question I have. Beats every price for computer repair and a trusted business. Thanks for everything!

This place is super fast and has great service. They genuinely care for their customers and their work is impeccable. Definitely will go there again if my laptop fails!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to for this.
I started having random troubles with my laptop and it wouldnt boot up anymore.
They checked it for me for free and gave me different options all at a crazy low price.
I was so surprised I got a 500gb harddrive and installed with windows 7. They did a great job and I would recommend i-​shakk for anyone that needs computer repair.
