Specialties

Transcription and closed captioning are my specialty. I have experience transcribing from digital as well as tape recordings. I can also transcribe dvd. Some of experience includes transcribing business meetings, town meetings, conference calls, one-​on-​one interviews as well as television interviews and television shows. I’ve also done closed captioning for deaf people in classrooms and for special events. No job is too big or too small. I type approximately 200 wpm and am court reporter trained. I’m willing to travel as well as accepting work in person. I feel my job is to provide a timely turnaround for my client, and leave them with the assurance that the work received is done correctly and no worries about quality should ever be an issue.

History

Established in 2008.

I graduated court reporting school and started my own transcription company. I have a great love of the written word and language in general. I take great pride in passing that passion on to my clients by providing them with work that they can be sure of, and that will make them look like the most literate people in the world. I share my talent through my work and hope that my work helps my clients to make great impressions in whatever they may be doing.

I’ve enjoyed writing since I was a child. I’ve taken that to a new level and turned it into a passion for transcribing. I think without the written word, we would have no history and a poor form of communication. Reading and writing allows us to communicate, learn and grow. I hope that my work can communicate growth for my clients in many ways, including education, and meaning.
